Guys, there's something else no one mentions, the only thing that worked for me is checking the layout for each language, because by default, there's only English, and I think we can't see it because there's prob no need for it to be shown if there's only one language selected.

Thanks, ironically unchecking "Use the desktop language bar when it's available" worked for me

unselecting the "use the desktop language bar when it's available" with the ctfom command solved it
    Thank you so much man

Your way is the only one that solved it for me not any of these in the video.

✔Also the only think that worked for me under Win 11 22H2. Thank you. ✌ You can find ctfmon in C:\Windows\System32\ctfmon.exe

It worked for me when I added a keyboard for the preferred languages. Under Time & Language > Language & Region > click on the 3 dots on the right side of the added preferred languages > Language Option > Keyboards

You have to download the secondary language pack by yourself for things to work. Go on the three dots in Language and Region, located on the right side on the 2nd (or whatever) language you picked, click on Language options, and download the language pack. Sometimes it says that the language pack is downloaded, but it's a false positive.

Nothing from above worked from me, here is one more thing that worked for me:
uninstall all languages (except your system language) then install them back
For some reason my system thought there is only one language, so there is no need to show the button I guess

Fake information not confirmed from not expert one:
    - Try this, if not working try this one, if not try this, ...etc.
    - Check this box or uncheck according to your case, ...etc.

People that are still struggling with this try this one last thing, log out any other users through Task Manager, then try the above steps in this video. If that fails log out and try to log back in and still if that fails restart the computer and run through these steps in the video again. I think Microsoft has a problem with multiple users on the same computer using different keyboard layouts, at least in my experience this has always been the case and it is super annoying.

I should add when the other users are logged in my keyboard shortcuts for changing languages and layouts does not even work, it is like the Language bar is completely broken with multiple users.

My computer has only one use and this problem happens time by time and Microsoft are not aware and they don't work on solving it although it's a very easy job.

Why don't you try all these ways and see the results yourself before you publish the video?
