Discover how Figureology engineered the ideal pickleball paddle tailored specifically for ping pong enthusiasts. Dive into the main project file to unravel the secrets behind this innovative design, optimized for maximum performance on the court. From advanced materials to precision engineering, this video provides insights into the meticulous process of creating the ultimate gaming tool. Elevate your gameplay and unleash your full potential with Figureology's cutting-edge paddle technology.
Figureology's approach to designing the perfect pickleball paddle for ping pong players is rooted in a deep understanding of both sports and materials engineering. Let's break down the key features:
    1. **2.5 Inch Handle**: The 2.5-inch handle is likely designed to accommodate the grip preferences of ping pong players who are accustomed to a certain handle width. This ensures comfort and familiarity for those transitioning between sports.
    2. **18K Kevlar Surface**: Kevlar is known for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and durability. By using an 18K Kevlar surface, Figureology ensures that the paddle can withstand the rigors of intense gameplay while providing consistent performance over time.
    3. **16mm Profile**: The 16mm profile likely refers to the thickness of the paddle. A thinner profile can offer better control and maneuverability, allowing players to execute shots with precision and finesse.
    4. **8.0oz Weight**: The 8.0oz weight strikes a balance between power and maneuverability. It's light enough to allow for quick reactions and swift movements, while still providing enough mass behind the ball for powerful shots.
    5. **Enhanced Shot Performance**: By combining these features, Figureology aims to enhance players' shot performance. The maneuverability of the paddle allows for quick adjustments and positioning on the court, while the Kevlar surface provides ample power and spin for aggressive gameplay.
Overall, Figureology's design philosophy focuses on maximizing the strengths of both ping pong and pickleball, catering to players who want a paddle that offers precision, power, and durability.

Looks like your version of the Big Dog paddle. Also, the two clips of Stan hitting with it are less than a second long each. Maybe give us a couple of clips where he hits it multiple times.

This paddle has the biggest hitting surface, so less mis hits and some mis hit shots still go over the net.

2.5" is just too short, table tennis paddles are 4" handles. Engage sold 2.5" handle back in the day and it didn't sell. The Selkirk Omni with a 4" handle was a popular paddle but that has been discontinued also. Make a thermoformed unibody raw carbon fiber paddle 15.5"x7.5" with 4" handle and I'll buy it.

Wow, 2.5" handle is crazy short. This paddle (and your talk of the upcoming 2 face paddle) reminds me of ProXR's original line of paddles; specifically the Wall which I thought already had a short handle @ 4" and their "The Story" which has carbon fiber on one face and fiberglass on the other. When I first started playing pickleball ~2 years ago I held the paddle similarly to Stan so tried using the Wall for awhile. Ultimately I switched to a tennis grip instead cause I felt the increased surface area of the short grip paddles slowed me down at the kitchen. But I'm sure Stan has way stronger wrists than I do so not an issue for him. But it's nice to see there are companies out there still catering to different play styles. Cool stuff. 👍🏻
