This feels like the OST of a game about a little cat that likes to make music and their best friend decided to hand out CD's to everyone they knew to get the little cat love and popularity, but it got so anxious about people hating their music they are trying to steal and get the disks back before anyone listens to them while finding out people actually enjoyed it, and coming to terms with that they are a good musician while doing high jinks and boss fights
