Is it necessary to do Apostile from Denmark after we get the marriage certificate? Could you pls reply soon.
No it is not necessary. Only if you want to speed things up and get your registration of marriage in Denmark. Otherwise you can always do it in your home country. But it would take sometime.

1) How long does it take to get the approval to marry from Danish Authorities?
2) Where is the fastest venue to get married? (Copenhagen or smaller countryside towns?)
3) How long does it take to have the marriage approved and transferred in Germany/Residence permit etc.?

1. 5 days if all docs are properly submitted. Up to 2 months waiting for the next approval if some docs are incomplete.
2. from what i remember, i think other towns besides copenhagen would be faster because not so much applications compared to copenhagen.
3. not sure how it goes with other nationalities. I am only speaking from my experience as filipina getting married in denmark. In my case, had to go back to my country to apply the family reunion visa. But it was fast because i already got my wedding papers acknowledged in denmark.

Hello po. Kinasal po kami sa Denmark last month. Taz late na namin nalaman na kelangan pala ireport ang marriage sa PE Copenhagen. Flight ko na this April back to Philippines. Pwede pa ba mag apply ako visit visa ulit kasi di kasi siya makavisit sa pinas kaya di ko rin mareport yun marriage namin sa pinas. Kaya ako nalang babalik under visit visa again to report the marriage. Taz after 3 months babalik naman pinas para family reunion. Hope po sa iyang reply.

Hi po. Ask ko Lang po Saan kapo naka hanap Ng 18hrs pro woche Ng intensiv course online ? Cause I can't find any intensiv course that has 18hrs per week Meron Lang around 15hrs-16hrs per week . And after BA Ng language visa mo pag dating SA immigration dito SA Germany pauwing pinas . Required BA Mag German Kasi naka language visa ka or you can speak English Lang po. I hope mapansin mo .
