Went from 2-stroke to the last year of a carbureted 450. I may end up skipping f.i. completely and add an electric to the garage. But I’ll die with gas engines in my possession without a doubt!

@@randycarpenter3663 You're missing out. I barely ever use yz250 these days, electric is just superior in every aspect BUT sound. Nothing beats a 2 stroke sound.

Does it roll well when you land without throttle or does it like regenerative brake itself? Im imagining launching and forgetting to throttle down and flying over the bars. They should make geared electrics so the top speed and torque can be variable. Too speed at that point would be absolutely insane
I think he had it set at 60 or 65 hp and 80 regenerative braking, both hp and engine braking can be changed independently, I don’t have a stark but I think that’s how they work

I was at Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park start pass me and it was the scariest thing cuz I never heard him until he was right next to me going over a table and if I was jumping from out to in to set up for the turn it would've been bad I was by myself then he was there😮

Awful? only a slight over exaggeration. Awful is like running finger nails down a chalk board, I reckon it sounds perfectly fine for an electric bike barely audible imo certainly not an "Awful" sound as you've described it
Sorry, never gonna be a fan of electric dirt bikes. But to each his own.
I live in a big city where all tracks have been removed due to noise. I welcome E-bikes for this alone and I think there is a place for both types of bikes in our future.

It’s not woke, it’s something different, he didn’t sell his gas bikes, and he never said that he’ll only be riding electric, I’m sure if you were in his position and got a couple 12000 dollar bikes for free or for a deal you’d ride em. He didn’t even promote them, he promoted his new app and rode these around for a bit.🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
