We always wanted a model like defector. Unions are nice, I am glad I bargained my contract, but you can't beat a cooperative. It really makes things very fair.
Sometimes I just love the pure stupidity of online gaming: Like in 1:30, this dude had explained what happened earlier as thoroughly as possible, yet all the other guy could utter was a "what?" 😂
I'm already a paid subscriber to Aftermath. I wish that all of you there have great success. Really great clips this week here; Lethal Company cracked me up.
I just don't undertstand the gaming industry anymore: Alan Wake 2 has what appear to be pretty terrible bugs but somehow it's still getting rave reviews. Is that where we are now? A game releasing and not being a completely broken mess, counts as a win? We need to stop paying full-price to be beta testers, it's really gotten out of hand.
It has some game breaking bugs that are being patched pretty quickly but stability wise it’s very solid and probably one of the best games of the year.
@@HighlightReel That's great but suppose the internet didn't exist, then what? You'd just have to have a broken full-priced game? If devs treated the games like patching wasn't an option, we'd be much better off.
@@BeatCommissionI get your point but the internet is essentially a utility in modern society. it’s expected to exist and unless it literally shuts down or goes away, that expectation will continue.
@@Mr_Spaghetti oh I know it's not going anywhere, but it's presence makes devs able to get away with releasing games in any state of playability with "we're working on patches", as an explanation. I just don't ike it.
@@BeatCommission spoken like someone who has no idea what they are talking about. Games are insanely complicated marvels that shouldn't work at all until they day they do. The game has sometimes amusing bugs but overall its ambitious, made by an Independant studio and narratively has so much going on its hard to sum up here. It's also a real looker. Shilling for Kotaku is unwise.
It's not from kotaku, though.
