  • 有什麼運動可以改善拇趾外翻, 我們先來了解下什麼叫拇趾外翻, 就是大拇趾外面有個骨頭突出來, 有時會見到紅腫的情況, 走路的時候會在大拇趾的位置特別痛, 通常拇指外翻不是一下子骨頭突了出來 而是經過長年累月的勞損 才會有腳骨變形的. 可分開有四個不同階段, 第一階段可能我們察覺到大拇趾外邊開始有骨頭少許突出, 然後過了沒多久之後看到大拇趾跟第二隻腳趾距離開始有些少碰著的, 然後再到下一階段時 就見到拇趾壓住第二隻腳趾, 走路的時候大拇趾和在第一 二隻腳趾的腳面上面筋膜會特別痛, 然後到第四個階段, 最差的階段, 大拇趾會重曡在二腳趾向上疊或者向下曡著的....
