Defoe has been one hell of a striker over the past 15yrs or so. He will hold records for scoring a number of goals every season and where ever he goes. He is always quick to react and a proper finisher.

The McGregor pen call was frustrating as it ruined an otherwise exceptional referee performance. I saw the card coming and was worried at first. Saw the replay and the delay and wondered who he was giving it too, considering McKenna arguably was defending himself (which was understandable but dumb and excessive). I was 'pleased' to see the second red after 'treatment' was completed.
How many times has mcgregor done that and got away with it? Notice he didn’t do it in England. Proper ref there.

I'll be honest, I don't see any contact between McKenna's boot an Morelos' head. It's definitely a red for lashing out but I think Alfredo's made a meal of it.
However there's no doubt there's a deliberate stamp on McKenna's balls, which is an easy red.
