"Yeah, here it is finally, our first track from the new album “Bone Collector” with the accompanying video. A good portion of heavy metal with straight guitar riffs, pumping bass, mighty drums and my “popular” grater voice. As if time had stood still in the 80s, the track blasts out of the speakers in old-school style like in the best of times. No bling bling, but metal as it should be ... and with this awesome oldschool video. More Grave Digger trademarks in one song ? ... hardly possible ... Enjoy this piece of hot metal and look forward to what's to come. Your Chris “reaper” Boltendahl"

Lyrics:
In the dead of night see shadows in the dark
Skeletons dance, with nowhere to go
Gates of the underworld, creaking open wide
Beware the undead, lurking in the night
A skeleton king
On a bony throne
Eyes hollowed deep
Where souls are unknown
Kingdom of skulls
Trapped in this maze
No life can be saved
Kingdom of skulls
Where life is sold
Lost and cold
The clock strikes midnight, it’s the hour of dread
In this cruel domain, the living are misled
Witches brew potions, casting spells of fear
The reaper's scythe, drawing ever near

I've always been a Grave Digger fan! Love this old school sound
The real Grave Digger is back to the roots !!!! Awesome!!!
This was freaking awesome, great song, cool video!!!
Has a very "Grave Digger" (2001 album) vibe!
I'm "digging" this!
A nice return to the iconic gritty and dark sound from the band. Can't wait to hear the rest of the album!
What a great way to start the morning here in the USA...thank you for sharing! \m/ \m/
True Heavy Metal.
Mythical Grave Digger, always devoted to real metal!
The sun shines, the wind blows, and Grave Digger plays heavy metal. And I'm here for it. :)

Song of archelogist
Okay, so much to say... let's start with the good stuff. // The song is good, with a "Heart of Darkness" vibe that I've always wanted the band to explore again. Over the last few years, I've noticed that the band has finally learned how to make better use of Jens Becker's bass work, which was somewhat hidden in the recordings on their first albums with him. // Marcus' drum work on this song is really good, and it seems to me that choosing Tobias was a great idea. I've been following his work since Orden Ogan and the underrated Duke, and now he's showing another side of his work and is fitting in very well with the band's style, and Boltendahl is always the signature that gives the seal of authenticity of being from Grave Digger. The video is cool too.
Well, now let's get to the bad stuff:
Totally disappointed with the band for using an AI-made cover (The cover for the album). As an artist, I feel like I'm simply being left out and will probably have to find another way to survive if bands start adopting such a method. We work hard to create images that represent ideas and concepts, and we are simply discarded by a soulless computer program. I hope bands live longer than we do, since the next step for record companies will be to release bands created by AI. "Why pay some musicians to create a song if we can use AI to do it cheaper and without having to deal with the artists?" I would do some free art for the band if the issue is simply economic, at least I could spend my old age being proud of having done a cover for a classic band whose albums I have all of. // This time Grave Digger really messed up.
TO HELL WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ARTS!
New guitarist?
Yeah, Tobias Kersting, great fit
@@okodiesely2jvor17jahren5 Thanks, sounds killer.
Laudna?
Oh no! If it's a non-concept oldschoolish album with heavy metal/horror edge then I shall skip it. I'd rather stick with the last 2.
What's wrong with it?
@@BloodthirstyAcademic I just don't like it. It's boring. I prefer historical/fantasy concept albums with anthemic choruses.
@@blindg7092 Like Nightfall in Middle Earth?
@@BloodthirstyAcademic It's one example. For Grape Dinner, I was referring to albums like Fields of Blood, Rheingold, Sexcalibur, etc.
@@blindg7092 Ok, I understand
