- Welcome to Codenames! We're split up into two teams and have to guess our "secret" words before the opposing team. Each team has a spymaster who can see the entire board. The spymaster comes up with a word or phrase that can link as many correct words together as possible WITHOUT linking the opposing team's words. And if the gray word is chosen by either team, it's game over. Super fun game. I love being spymaster and losing my mind listening to my teammates figuring it out lol. Feels very much like being dead in Among Us and shouting at my computer monitor. Enjoy!

If you want a mind blast, Dodge and the Ram brand separated in 2009. It's been 15 years and yet you see a Ram, and you still put Dodge there in your head. 29:00
I wasn't even aware they split, the more you learn
Hi Ze, I just wanted to remind you have real people here as well. Not just bots 😅
beep boop ❤
@@ThatOneFrenchPancake...
*Quietly loads shotgun*
@@ThatOneFrenchPancake Yeah, that song that goes beep bop bop
@@Gabu_no no no, its goes beep boop boop bop boop boop bop
That's what a bot would say
You have Butler and Thief on Occupation. And you click and suggest things that are not jobs. lmao
yea but spruce also
Also comic for occupation
I just realized this video is made an hour ago, not months ago... Yay!!! New recording!
Cheesy is a menace to society. I love him.
"I activate my spell card, GYATT!"
49:52 There's a multitude of reasons "leaf" works for RECIPE. Spinach, is a leaf. Basil, oregano, parsley, and mint are all spices made of leaves. Leaves, are a key component of most salads.
Felt so bad for Jordan in the first round.
Minecraf really let him down hard 😢
Thick coffee is a thing. It's for people who can't swallow liquids properly from old age of a stroke.
That second game shows how much of a disadvantage going second to guess is.
39:20 Ngl, I often struggle to tell whether Skadj is genuinely annoyed/ angry about something, or just being extra expressive
26:54 Grounded is one of my favourite Survival games tbh
1:08:17 Omg, Puff 2 would've been a great clue for Pass lol
Wow! Look at all these bots!
I love how two of the bots have the exact same profile picture
Why do they target Ze's comment sections so much? It's insane.
Sparklez calling you on the yelling about grams was hilarious XD Especially since you JUST finished the sentence.
I smoke recreationally, at 43:00 approx, I would have linked “Ounces” 7 and sent for cup; mass; ground; pass; leaf; extra virgin olive oil; and maybe even lethal. Glass right there with cup is tough tho
The bomb being 'booba' is tough lmao It's a word everyone wants to click on
I just gotta say I love the background music especially the gritos
I FUCKING KNEW IT!!! I was right!
I kept hearing the song in the background, and was like “Jalisco?” Why he playing folklorico? Anyway the name of that song in 31:09 is called La culebra!
The comeback in that 1st game was impressive xD
Compared to iceberg lettuce (the one lettuce I can think of that's very similar to cabbage), cabbage has a thicker, waxier leaf with a lower water content. That makes cabbage easier to cook with because it's less likely to wilt when exposed to heat. Iceberg lettuce is typically eaten cold in salads while cabbage is far more versatile.
I was once again delighted and entertained by the various chats Codenames always inspires in its players. I loved the tea talk, the Cornhole Finals hype, and the discussion of what is or is not a job-I say if the Sims lets you play as a Thief, then it's a job in my book! XD And of course what you can and can't activate, which was very educational, lol. Poor Sparkly though, he definitely is not always on the same wavelength as his teammates, and Kara hearing him scream from the other room is so tragically hilarious. I'm glad the team managed to pull through for him in that first round. I also think Ze did an admirable job on his turn as Spymaster! Recipe was a brilliant clue and I definitely saw the struggle to connect those last three words. Sparkly almost had it too, which was another tragedy for him, lol, and I think it was a good clue regardless of how it played out. The last round with Cheesy as Spymaster was as wild as expected, lol. I love how his mind works and I hope one day he'll find teammates who totally get his clues! Thanks for another fantastic video, Ze! I'll never get tired of seeing you all play this game!
Pretty sure her chats heavily pushing her to the right answer in the last round :(
55:28 - Ze that is the *ANTITHESIS* of a "sad reality". You could say _glorious, magnificent, lovely,_ etc. ...But *SAD?!?!?*
Rofl, technically there are Minecraft comics, they have recently been publishing Minecraft graphic novels 😂
Curling is the only thing I care about at the Winter Olympics.
Dear Kara and 5up: slugs are also bugs.
No they are not
These were some great close games.
Here in Cincinnati cornhole and three-ways is a family weekend.
The last round is all their fault for being uncultured. That was a perfect clue I had everyone he wanted to be picked immediately. How have you never heard of spaghetti Westerns and you live in Texas?
...I've lived in Texas all my life and I've never heard of that.
@@vCherrykAI16 are you in your 30's like ze?
I thought the same thing, it's crazy none of them have seen or at least heard of The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
@@pennywise5662 Nope. 20 flat here.
Why do these bots like fruit emojis?
To answer your Question, some Fruits and Veggie emotes are used to symbolize "Parts" of the Human anatomy and i'd guess the Bot makers just saw "Hey there are a Lot of Fruit emojis in those types of Messenges, let's add some as well!" without knowing what they are for so they added random meaningless ones at times.
Alternatively, if they are using LLM programs to write their texts, the Programs might have been trained on Messenges with a lot of emojis, and they don't understand the Purpose either.
Those are my best guesses.
(also I almost Reported you as a Bot since you were in a Huge Bot blob I was reporting oops)
@@dalob112 Most LLM would suck at emojis, I would think, since they use multiple unicode characters nowadays
I only think of Thief as a profession in Thief Simulator or D&D
Thieves guilds…
Look at that noob gamer Sparkles not understanding what is going on...
In the sport of cricket, you GROUND your bat. While obviously it's not as likely these players would know cricket, it was an obvious choice.
Also, cricket is similar to baseball, where you can get a GROUND out, or be GROUNDED out.
Starting at 42:15 he starts acknowledging "Glass" as a risk he's gotta take for his first clue. 51:00 he gets his second clue and the first thing he says is Disney and at 51:15 he says "Glass Slipper" and it still takes him until 54:19 to realize that "glass slipper" has "glass" in it.
Spends 9 straight minutes hoping they don't click on "glass" and then three minutes hyping up a clue specifically around a glass slipper. Dude...
I cannot believe it wasn’t “comic” for profession. Besides butler it was the only job
I mean, it’s very frowned upon but thief can technically be a profession…
hi 5up playing codename with them too nice
