    Why would you want to go from a cephalic presentation to Breech presentation? (Internal version)

      Second twin is grasped by the ankles and pulled out of the uterus foot first, to avoid the risk of cord prolapse.

    Episiotomy is totally avoidable, if mum achieves 10cm diameter 'Birth Canal Widening' prior to birth: with Perineal Massage with the 4 fingers of both hands pulling sideways; or Aniball; or Epi-no Delphine Plus; and will help keep antibiotics working into the future, by not breaking skin, decreasing our use of antibiotics.
