Respected Dr. Rajendra: You are doing very well by making such nice videos on applied statistics using R. You have good command and great capability on explanation. I have been following you and learnt alot. If possible under your busy schedule: It is requested and "Please make a video on Principal Component Analysis and and their respective Chart / Plots. Thanks alot.
How would you check the assumptions before applying the model in your example? Should I really be concerned about all the model assumptions? I feel like it's okay to have approximations even though we don't have the proper data for modelling, what are your thoughts on this?
Assumptions can be tested checking the normality of residuals. If you see pattern in residuals then model fir is not good. Small sample size is great hurdle in finding the underlying distribution.
This is Abdur Rahman Khan from Pakistan. I am following you from recent past time. I have an FTIR data and i don't know how to draw its graph please make another video on FTIR. I searched on youtube videos but graph available with Origin not with Rstudio. Please help me to do so

I'm glad you found the videos helpful, and I'll consider your request for a video on Principal Component Analysis.
@@DevResearch Thanks alot
Sir you haven't discussed the validation of model fit Pseudo R Squared and other methods , please make a video for that
Thanks for pointing out. Will go for that soon.

Tengo datos de número de especies en celdas espaciales, ¿Cuál sería la mejor forma de hacer una prediccion de número de especies?? Thanks
Share head ( first few rows) or sample of the data( randomly selected rows).

I will make an video on that.
