  • Emotions are energy in motion, moving throughout your body. The emotions can be released to be moved out of your body or recycled and stored, where they are likely to show up again and again.
    This practice is particularly useful because you don’t need to name the emotions or recount the story of the emotions, you will simply work with the energy in your body.

    I woke up with a BIG sadness in me and after crying for over an hour i still couldn't get out. This came at the perfect time. Now i feel just about ready to start my day and make something out of it.

      Please find the books of Eckhart Tolle and start reading. All of your sadness is producing by you. It is not real. Word wants you to be happy. Remember it!

      @@Estertje93 May i know how are you feeling now?, If it helps, you are not alone, last year i was hospitalized in a mental health center, but now i feel much better. Nothing in this life is permanent, everything happens for a reason, and i personally believe that whatever god does is in your best interest. Life is shaping you like a diamond.

      @@galynazaslavska2766 I'm sorry I may have snapped at you. I am working on allowing my emotions so i don't get depressed so right now they are welcome. And then after some time i do believe I will be happier.

    I’m not really good at visualizing, but I was able to hold the image of the breath in and out and clear out the stuck energy. Thank you so much for this meditation

    Amazing. I could feel it in my ribs/heart area and stomach. I did what you said and felt the release…shook and let out a cry. I feel so much lighter. Can’t wait to do this again. Thank you 🙏🏽

    Thank you for this. I had a dream after listening to it that accessed emotional buried pain. It was all about the losses in my life I woke up and started sobbing. I guess it needed to happen.

    I did this as soon as I woke up for the first time. Things have been heavy and scary and worse than usual or ever, really. So, I struggle to stay present in meditation the past few months. At the end, a random memory burst through. Not necessarily bad or good. My father was given permission to come to a family wake while incarcerated. I remember him being there and lots of laughs but in this memory I could only think how he felt being driven back home with two guards to see his family and daughters only briefly before returning to his incarceration. I imagined what it would be like seeing his family and children…I cannot remember if they allowed him to go in without cuffs. I just heard my sister and I scream “Daddddy!” And I really don’t remember that happening. I don’t remember screaming daddy and running to him. It’s confusing. But the memory and the resounding “Daddyyyyy!” proceeded to make me burst into sobs while still in bed. My father passed 9 years ago. I was alarmed by this random memory and tears first thing in the am. Meditation never ever makes me cry. But I am in the worst depressive episode thus far. I tried to do research right after about somatic meditations to see if this is normal. Any thoughts, advice, perspective is much appreciated. Much love to all!
