Personally, Elias should have won. Not only was it trendy- which they were judging off of, but it's also the best looking. All the others were just iterations of the classic cape that went out of style. I can see Elias' cape taking off in Asia and the higher class street wear scenes. Super hard fit, loved this episode and all the editing
It was kinda all over the place. If he just focussed on using that color changing material into a techwear-typa cape, it'd probly be something that indeed could blow up.

Dex and Elias’ capes were poppin. Danny finally won and he deserved it, as it was easily the sickest cape... but I feel like since this is the first time Shaq’s design was the weakest he was a bitter betty about it
This was actually one of the best episode of PAQ. All the boys were productive, the finished pieces were all amazing and different and unique to each of the boys, and Danny’s puns were on point. Thanks boys!
