I was surprised to hear you saying to put keywords in the photo filenames. I do that for my web store already. But I always just assumed that any photos uploaded to Ebay would get renamed automatically. I just tested that and it is the case. My original file names were replaced by a gibberish code.

if you edit photos you gonna be fine, you can make girl sleep next to it in editing or pay someone to edit for you, there are many on fiver or you learn to do yourself.

t really going to depend on product however including product research tools cost and your first product, £250 is good to start with. From my side other than cost of course, there isn't any hidden cost on the way. For dropshipping and retail arbitrage which I suggest for newbies, there isn't any product cost to start with. You gonna need few tools which comes under £30.

Hello, I watched some web seminar about ebay and amazon, and they said to wait 1 month before selling on a new account in wholesale. Do you know if I can still sell old toys, and small items like this, or do I just wait the entire time and only buy on the account? Thanks
Once you create brand eBay new account, I suggest not listing item for at-least 3 weeks, use it to buy 5 cheap items like under £2 just to get feedback from sellers. After do not list more than 3 items per week to get started, It’s not a race it’s marathon. eBay wants to make sure that you do process the orders in timely manner as promised and customer do receive them in timeframe you mentioned and they have positive experience. As soon you get around 5 positive feedback from buyer you can start listing more item and request eBay to increase the limit. They will do. There are certain reason in the start which may lead you to a ban, for listing a-lot of items as new where eBay will either ask you for invoices or they will suspend or selling something which might be replica or brand which don’t allow you to sell their item, like you can use words for iPhone 7, but using words like original cable is not good idea. Sometimes you follow all the things above and get account banned anyway, in this case 9 out 10 times, if you talk to eBay using contact us option inside the eBay and tell them you’re just exploring at the moment as newbie and all the items you listed you do have them in stock or they are used items you own they will activate the account. I will not create new account without calling them first, because they have record of IP address, browser cookies and user details. it will get banned. If they will not activate your account, you need have all 3 as new, new computer, new wifi, use some virtual address and ask you relative or friend to allow you create account under their name.

instead of using the word iphone twice in the product title, i'd use apple. if you say it's "for use" with a brand, it won't infringe on ebay rules. If you try and promote it as a genuine apple product, you'll have your account suspended.

"2m charger cable for use with apple iphone" is very different than "2m apple iphone charger cable" Your competitors will report your listing as fraudulent if it implies to be a genuine product and ebay WILL remove it and restrict your account.

Once you create brand eBay new account, I suggest not listing item for at-least 3 weeks, use it to buy 5 cheap items like under £2 just to get feedback from sellers.
After do not list more than 3 items per week to get started, It’s not a race it’s marathon. eBay wants to make sure that you do process the orders in timely manner as promised and customer do receive them in timeframe you mentioned and they have positive experience.
As soon you get around 5 positive feedback from buyer you can start listing more item and request eBay to increase the limit. They will do.
There are certain reason in the start which may lead you to a ban, for listing a-lot of items as new where eBay will either ask you for invoices or they will suspend or selling something which might be replica or brand which don’t allow you to sell their item, like you can use words for iPhone 7, but using words like original cable is not good idea.
Sometimes you follow all the things above and get account banned anyway, in this case 9 out 10 times, if you talk to eBay using contact us option inside the eBay and tell them you’re just exploring at the moment as newbie and all the items you listed you do have them in stock or they are used items you own they will activate the account.
I will not create new account without calling them first, because they have record of IP address, browser cookies and user details. it will get banned. If they will not activate your account, you need have all 3 as new, new computer, new wifi, use some virtual address and ask you relative or friend to allow you create account under their name.

instead of using the word iphone twice in the product title, i'd use apple. if you say it's "for use" with a brand, it won't infringe on ebay rules. If you try and promote it as a genuine apple product, you'll have your account suspended.

@@rekking1589 Not neccessarily. You get 55 characters in your title description, use as many as you can to rank higher on the listings. eg. "2m charger cable for use with apple iphone" is very different than "2m apple iphone charger cable" Your competitors will report your listing as fraudulent if it implies to be a genuine product and ebay WILL remove it and restrict your account.

it is possible to start the business on eBay. It can be managed remotely, I know many people who do it.
If eBay and Amazon aren't available where you live, It is possible but it’s not straight forward.
1st Solution
Find someone in a country where they are, like in 🇬🇧 UK, 🇪🇺 EU, 🇺🇸 US, 🇨🇦 Canada, or 🇦🇺 Australia. Partner up with them to create accounts, register the company, and open a bank account. They'll get payments in their account and can send you the money through methods like Western Union. I can only explain for the UK because this is where i live, I don’t know rest.
This is the safest way. People who work on eBay and Amazon from other countries often have a friend in the right place or work as virtual assistants for pay or shares for someone. 👬💰
2nd Solution
Without a contact in that country, it can be tricky. You can register a Ltd Company on gov company house, Before that, You need buy a UK virtual address, Also Mobile Phone Sim card. You can google these services many people sell it. You also need to have Passport to create all those here.
After when you register the company, You need to get business bank in the UK, This can be bit challenging. You can apply in Tide, Monzo, Wise and Sterling, whichever will approve for you.
After you can create account on eBay and Amazon, it’s simple.
