    Hi guys
    Been doing this for years now but only use mushrooms on it , will try with the mixed veggies next time, and sometimes use a tortilla top and bottom and just half them when ready , enjoy and have a great day

      Yeah, you can put a tortilla on the top and bottom and just cut them like a pizza or something. We just folded ours over like a taco and then cut it up like a quesadilla

    All I got to say is, I would have put a little bit of ham on half of them and maybe put a little bit of Jimmy Deans breakfast sausages on the rest of them. I might also add another cheese like a provolone to them. More cheese have never been known to ruin any of my breakfast meals. Those three things added would make for perfect brunch meal, with some orange juice or if are feeling happy, replace the orange juice with some sparkling wine. Thank for sharing this video.

      You can't go wrong with anything you add in my opinion. The more stuff the better the taste, LOL.

    Hi Nicole, do you make your own flour tortillas? My son lives n Chiang Mai and buys frozen tortillas from Makro, I believe. I don’t make them because I live in El Paso, TX, right on the U.S./Mexico border and flour tortillas here are a dime a dozen, so to speak. 😅.

    • @JourneyswithMN
      @JourneyswithMN  9 месяцев назад

      No, we don’t make our own tortillas. We do the same as your son we buy them from Makro

    Good food. Need to walk those calories off after eating. Are you still walking in the mornings everyday??

    • @JourneyswithMN
      @JourneyswithMN  9 месяцев назад

      No, we had to stop walking because there was a couple of aggressive dogs on our path but I play pickle ball three times a week now lots of calories burn there

    looks good 😋 your thumbnail caught my eye because i'm hungry 🤣. Have you ever made Picadillo ? I was watching a video on how to make it just before watching this

      I’m glad that thumbnail caught your eye. I had to look up the word picadillo because I didn’t know what it was but when I saw the video we have made that and I think everyone makes the version of what they people have made so yes didn’t know it was called picadillo but we have made something similar to that.
