It would depend on the room decor but I found the 2nd one more stunning. How clever. I've never seen anyone use a lace tablecloth as a stencil for a wall. Beautiful !
Hi. It's beautiful. In south Africa we have something called plaster of Paris, so is it the same ,? & how do you get it to adhere to previously painted walls. Do we mix with water or do we add some bonding liquid in it ? Once I tried a test piece on a small piece of Masonite ( on the rough side) and as it dried the plaster of Paris fell of in bits. . Plz advice as I really want to try this out.. Thank you , South Africa
Yes, it would have been good to see the full view, I love the idea of this, I use old lace in my ceramics. But what happens when you want to change your wall decor? you would need to sand all that filler down?
Of course you will need to sand it down but it is very easy. The putty isn’t like cement and will sand down with little effort. You could also use a stencil with the putty. I’ve done it all lots of times, it’s easy and looks really professional.
I'm really excited about this technique. I've never seen anything so beautiful and easy. Or, at least, you make it look easy. Can't wait to try it!! #2 is awesome!
I think that's pretty especially if you do one wall like that for an accent wall it would be gorgeous if you did a whole I like that that would be an accent wall it is beautiful all of its beautiful you did a good job even one wall in your living room or bedroom for an accent wall would be beautiful even your dining room or a small bathroom that would be pretty
maravillosa técnica y queda hermosa gracias por compartir tu talento maravilloso eres un artista con mucha imaginacion , felicidades y bendiciones 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🥰💐🇲🇽
beautiful idea...question, how long do you wait before you peel back the curtain? right away, as it seemed, or do you wait until almmost dry?? Many thanks and hats off to you for a classy idea!
I guess it depends on the room. If you want a lighter effect, to with the white first. I've don't this in my apartment, but just added cold to the very top. Nothing (paint) bit the wall. Was very easy to remove. Just chip off and wipe with a sponge. I did sand to remove the shady points.
First one seems more clean but I like both any way, the best is combineing them in my opinion
А у нас давно так стены сделаны,старая красивая тюль в шесть метров,все соседи помогали держать её на стене,вышло супер
