I also had my glass busted. I think it was from putting something too hot on it (Corn on the cob from the microwave). It shattered (1/2 hour later) and was a total mess. I was hoping to see how to replace the broken glass cover for the burners - did not see that in this video.
I checked with the manufacturer, and they said to ask the dealer, they didn't know, and you solved the problem in a flash. Thank YOU

It’s not coming out , I pulled the glass up and nothing happened..
Did you end up getting it out? Mine doesn't seem to want to come out either
