Do you know it was very nice at the time after the Britt / Thunder match Britt Baker became so beloved to AEW fans that even to this day, she still hasn’t been on the air and they still talk about her and they still are waiting for her to come back. That’s how dedicated they are to her hoping she recovers and we get to see her again, someday on TV.

The problem is that they tried doing this story while she was still injured, or if she isn’t, they made a bizarre decision to not have her wrestling at all for months. When Punk came to AEW, he had his first match in 2 weeks of his debut. This was a bad booking decision.

The matches have zero build up, there’s zero consistency in the presentation of key characters, there’s no storylines to speak of and nobody knows who to cheer for. This is the last chance for a big North American alternative to wwe for a generation and they’re blowing it because they don’t know what people want outside the bubble. This IS a compelling story. You're just too bitter to admit it. You have a backstory to this feud, with a clear babyface and heel. Not every storyline has to involve a Samoan for you to drool over.

Busted Open has been a lot more fair lately with AEW content. I mean, not Bubba, but everyone else on their channel appears to be more objective on the things that are working, and not just endlessly piling on with the things that aren't working in AEW.
Because theyre trying to give the storylines a chance. Sad part is that the storylines have massive potential but most of the people involved just dont seem to be able to grow it.
