One time I asked for them to fix my order, waited 15 minutes and got another wrong burger. Just said fuck it at that point. Like how hard is it to make burgers that you fuck it up that hard? It wasn't even busy or anything just ran into some lazy dumbasses.

Wendy's doesn't understand the concept of No Cheese on a Burger. Everytime I go to Wendy's, I tell them No Cheese, yet everytime they still put cheese. But unlike some people, I always check my order before leaving the place. I go back up to the counter and patiently tell them I don't want cheese. Due to my patient and polite attitude, I always leave with what I want. It really is pointless to react the way this person did.

I worked at Wendy’s for 2 years. They have a system for the grill, meat that is mostly cooked gets moved close to the sandwhich maker, the sandwhich maker then puts cheese on all the burgers that are close to them. Only so many burgers can go on the grill at once, grill temp is like 250 in the middle takes about 8-9 minutes to cook a regular burger, grill can fit rows of 5 if they are properly spaced, columns of 6-8(depends on the store). If you are in the middle of getting SLAMMED then there is only so much real estate on the grill, and the burgers that are closest to the sandwhich maker are the ones that they grab. At a certain point during a rush, it’s picking your poison of either having impatient costumers leaving the line/missing the times that you are trying to hit, or just giving someone a burger with cheese. Also, don’t yell at people that handle your food as a general rule of thumb, for the most part, it’s teenagers and convicts/people who live in halfway houses/people who just work there to make ends meet. Most of the workers will just try their best to make it right with you so that the store manager doesn’t give them shitty hours or schedule them for days that they can’t work(common practice so that the workers don’t get fired, they quit” of their own accord”) but some of them will fuck with your food in unnoticeable ways. Goes for line cooks too at restaurants, who might actually be more degenerate than fast food workers.

There is a Burger King on 30th & Dodge in Omaha that I would LOVE to do this to. My entire time living in the city, they have never gotten my order right. Not even once. It sucked to because they were the closest one to home and work. I stopped going consistently, though they often became my only fast option for food in between work shifts. I give this guy a thumbs up for his message in the end and for not getting violent like several people do in videos like this.

I think he flew off the handle a bit much, but he is so right. Burger joints today are VERY incompetent in their jobs. We went to a mdonalds once, I ordered a chicken royale combo and hubby got a Big Mac combo and a chicken deluxe. We get the order, mine was a mcChicken, same with his 'chicken deluxe', and instead of a Big Mac, he got a cheese burger. He was so pissed, got out of the car- jamming up the drive they, went inside and I could see him going off at the staff. They are shocking lately

Where I'm from we had a lot of Wendy's. Then we was down to three.
I can empathize with this guy because this happens every damn time I go to a certain Culver's. And it is annoying as hell. Of course I never leave without checking the order, and you are best to be polite as often they will give you extra or return your money and give you a new food item if you are polite and patient. So the patient bird gets 2 worms. The sqwaker gets a roll of nickels chucked at his head and the finger.

the Mcdonalds workers under new management near the turnpike here are more into having fun with each other telling jokes and high fives then us at the window with our orders. We are just a nuisance to them. also since new management took over the competent staff quit. and new management raised the price of the 20 piece mcnuggetts to $9.97 from $ 6.30 so don't get me started ok. oh and the drive thru line is the longest like 15 cars usually and always slow. i'm sure alot of us patrons are angry but we suppress our anger because we're hungry. some get out of line and speed off though.

Most of them are able to eat cheese but for some reason hate having cheese on their hamburgers kind of like me hating pickles and tomatoes on mine. Unlike me, they get really upset when a topping they don't want ends up on their hamburger. They need to accept that 9 out of 10 customers love cheese and don't like hamburgers without cheese. We are just responding to customers. I don't work for Wendy's but we also serve cheese on our fish and hamburgers and often have angry customers. Especially for the fish sandwich since many of the cheese haters don't even ask not to have cheese on their fish sandwich and expect us to read their minds.
Wendy's screw up 1 out of every 5 orders doesn't matter if i go to a local one or out of town listen to what somebody says and fill the order for christ sakes. i wouldn't get as pissed as he did but it is happening all the time.

I went to McDonald's once and I always order 2 mcdoubles with no onions And they put the sauce that they put on big macs And then when we went back to McDonald's about 3 weeks later and I ordered the same thing but I told them not to put the sauce on it and the manager was there Then we had order About $20 or $30 worth of food In the manager said she was sorry and gave us the food for free

I'm sick of these customers. If you don't like cheese, then pick it off. I often ask for a hamburger without pickles or tomatoes and guess what? I often end up with pickles and tomatoes so I have to pick them off. No problem and nothing worth harassing a worker for. What do these people want? Do they want us to just give them the beef and the bun and not anything else and ask them to pick their own toppings? I got into an argument with a customer because there was cheese on his fish sandwich. He never asked if it contained cheese and assumed that it didn't and was upset when there was cheese on his fish sandwich as he doesn't like cheese and claims it ruins his fish sandwich. PICK IT OFF IF YOU DON"T LIKE CHEESE. Don't expect us to take the cheese off of your hamburger or fish sandwich for you! How do these people order pizza without cheese? A hamburger isn't a hamburger without the cheese which is 90% why it tastes so great!
