@@thealphadolphin I can SEE the sauce, I see the little spindashes on cliffsides to squeak out that *little* extra bit of speed from the dash that flying doesn't quite get to! Though, have you tried skipping the corkscrew in any of your runs? Seems like you could thread the screw and reach the other side quicker! Specifically, the corkscrew at 0:35, the stretch of flat land could give you a perfect area to jump & fly at!
@@switchstar098 We did try to route it in, but it ends up a bit slower due to how much momentum you keep from reaching cap speed and maintaining speed from rolling down hills:( It feels wrong...
@@thealphadolphin Damn... Been playing a little bit of this myself in my free time! 45s on Wave Coast! You can just... go backwards as with a spindash, and just skip 90% of the level, haha!
@@switchstar098 Yeah that's dope, my good friend mimik found the trick while we were in a vc and we both popped off. It took literally hours of our lives to find a way... But i'm glad you're playing! This game definitely needs representation.
Yeah it really does lol, but flying is slower than ground momentum unless we're talking about the first second of elevation so you still need to be dropdashing around.
Now i have to do research. Does this, or will this have teams?? and character swapping?? or is it just purely standalone characters in Sonic Heroes stages??
We tested it at first and it ended up being slower due to how the speed mechanics work in the game. It's hard to build the ridiculous speed you get from going downhill and either way, we use all of it in the end to convert it in aerial momentum. So it has a double usage and ends up being wayyy faster.
Sonic Heroes but fun and good
Bro is SPITTING
REAL
No
Sonic heroes was always good
@@Neiltodd7733 i agree too
The frog forest soundtrack is still so majestical
Never gets old
Sonic heroes as a whole is still a masterpiece i just beat it on PS3 and it was far better than most recent games
And then he dabs
holy smokes this making numbers
Ooooo, impressive run! Also, what a fun looking game!
That game has sauce that any other platformers have played, don't. It's ridiculously fun. I'm quite addicted.....

Thats why he's the goat
This is awesome!
damn tails looks sick, dope IL
Thanks brother!
The flying looks broken since it just negates all of the platforming lol

Heroes stage !
I always wanted to play sonic heroes i never did but i still wanna try it

Good question! For the moment being, you can only play as either Sonic or Tails individually, but it's very fun! :)
Does skipping the loop at 29 seconds not faster? Imagine if you didn't do it its not faster
