Okay design can be better, some suggestions: 1. Add a roll bar at the front end to strengthen the front for frontal collisions. Or better yet a roll cage. 2. Install a windshield. 3. Raise the back a little. 4. Install cushioned seating and to the raised back for the kids heads to lean on. 5. Install seat belts. 6. Since your at it, maybe you can fabricate, like a convertible canvas top, just in case it rains or it’s too hot for your passengers. The top can be attached to the windshield’s roll bar. All in all you did a good job.
Very impressive and simple design. It means the children can ride in safety now instead of the usual way on the bike seat, with the wife, the dog and the shopping. Maybe make some more to sell.
Safely? That's debatable given the construction and basic Sidecar design flaws. Making something like that to sell to others leaves yourself wide open to damage/injury claims when they inevitably fail.
That thing made the bike and trip less safe. A proper helmet for the kid would be a better investment. If you don’t know how critical balance is for a vehicle with offset tires then better don’t experiment with your kids as crash dummies.

У нас коляски пластиковые Велорекс от мотоцикла Ява ставят,но она не сертифицировна со скутером и полиция на дороге легко остановит а так в магазинах есть грузовые коляски под китайские легкие мотоциклы типа Альфы.
Only a small comment... I would have had a small lean inwards on the bike and more bracing on the bars that attach it to the bike. Other than that I'd love one for our Honda click
Hello! RUclips suggested this video to me. I'm not a builder or engineer, but I've heard that the sidecar wheel is supposed to be 6-9 inches forward from the horizontal line of the rear wheel. Is that true? Does it make a difference with steering, improving the turn radius and helping to prevent tipping?
С виду, как с завода. 🙂От Урала чем то напоминает. Еще бы регулировки были бы, развал схождение и наклон отрегулировать. Также, нужно помнить, у мотора могут детали быстро сноситься от перегруза. Все таки он на это не рассчитан. А так классная работа, золотые руки.
@@СергейВасин-о6м я отключал на "Урале", сильно разницы не заметил. Потому что тормоз на люльке отрегулирован по другому, совместно с основным, иначе будет тянуть на люльку. Но это тяжелый мотоцикл. Его с тормозами то не остановишь. Если случаем снял тросик с передних, взамен порвавшейся муфты, с небольшой переделкой. Отключены на люльке и сломались основные, то чувствуешь столкновение неизбежно. Потому что на люльку не повернешь, ясно перемолотит. От люльке тоже. При ударе сильный импульс от руля приходит со стороны люльки, на кисть руки. А при переломе просто невозможно зажать ручку газа. Потом ходишь пешком.

@@baumarkttourist8539no. Sidewheel doesn't need brakes. First of all you don't make a sidecar on scooters who barely have engine brakes. It's a spell for disaster. 2nd. The sidecar is not timingly alligned on the front wheel of the motor. That spells for overhanging when going uphill.

Your ingenuity is super! But if children are going to ride in it; then line the interior with a light board/ thick padding combo. You maybe a careful driver, but others are not. Every bit of protection is wise.
This thing is built very dangerously. Turning with it will be horrible, because the sidecar wheel is parallel to the scooters wheels. The scooter has to lean a little bit towards the sidecar. The wheel and especially the axis are far to underdimensioned. It has to be a proper motorcycle or scooter wheel because it has to carry far much more load when going in a left curve. The last attach point is litterally only the handle for the passenger on the scooter
Все сделано хорошо , только вот долго это не проработает даже на тяжёлых байках заднюю часть гёт при не правильной регулировке . А здесь задняя часть скутера очень слабая не выдержат сален блоки , а потом уже и поведет раму .
Спасибо, вес каждой стороны, действующей на колесо, - это обе стороны, шасси - это просто точки соединения, так что можно абсолютно не опасаться поломки.
идея хорошая но не продуманная ...у коляски отсутствует амортизация и неподвижная сцепка со скутером.. это большой рычаг в местах сопряжения .. изломы гарантированны на неровностях при малейшей нагрузке,петельно-пружинное соединение гарантированно решило бы эту проблему

That is great taking your kids to school. Perhaps you might create lawnmower engine powered bikes for you teens or grownup kids.
