    (此食谱份量:2 - 3人)
    ✿材料
    • 番茄 3 粒 (500克)
    • 鸡蛋 5粒
    • 蒜米 半粒
    • 盐 半茶匙
    • 生抽 适量
    ✿开锅前准备工作
    - 鸡蛋打散加入1汤匙生抽搅拌均匀 备用
    - 将番茄洗净,去皮和去种子之后切成丁 备用
    - 将蒜米切碎 备用
    ✿步骤
    1. 首先,倒入适量油热锅
    2. 加入蒜米爆香
    3. 加入切丁的番茄翻炒至半熟
    4. 加入鸡蛋液炒均匀
    5. 适时翻面让蛋煎的均匀
    6. 加入适量生抽翻炒后起锅
    完成品

    (Suitable for 2 - 3 people)
    ✿Ingredients
    • 3 tomatoes or 600g
    • 5 eggs
    • ½ garlic
    • ½ teaspoon of salt
    • Suitable amount of light soy sauce
    ✿Pre-preparation
    - Crack eggs, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir fry
    - Wash tomatoes, remove skins and seeds and dice it
    - Cut garlic into mince
    ✿Steps
    1. Firstly, put some oil into the wok and heat it up
    2. Add the garlic and stir fry
    3. Add the diced tomatoes and stir fry
    4. Add the egg and stir fry
    5. Flip the egg occasionally to fry
    6. Add the light soy sauce to stir fry accordingly and ready to serve
