NXISE gotta agree with you on this one, it would have made more sense if you left that part out, i wouldn’t say giving a take on a level on its own is trying to get likes, straight up saying that your not saying it for likes makes it sound like your really wanting likes.
As someone who is generally unimpressed by gd layouts this looks so dam clean, nice work, the sync is appreciated

This is literally one of the best layouts i have seen in a long time. And i have seen ALOT of layouts. I dont think its too slow. Fast levels are typically quite annoying to play. This looks very fun. I hope someone turns this in to a proper level. This layout is too damn good to go to waste.

I generally love space invaders layouts the most because the song is so good and the levels made are pretty consistent while giving a challenge to the players. I give a thumbs up.

Despites being a long ass *Demon* level, every part of it is so claustrophobic and I love those kind of treat. Hope this layout gets an epic treatment.

My mind is blown. This is one of THE BEST layouts I have ever seen. I follow multiple creators that know a lot about pacing, rhythm and sync, and this layout has all of the strengths of what makes an amazing layout. I myself, am pretty skilled at creating good game play, but I do struggle a lot with consistent speed changes and utilizing multiple game modes within the different sections of the song. This layout was outstanding. The use of speed changes, flow, pacing, rhythm, sync, varying game play, excellent use of bounce pads, player aid, ship sync, concentrated timings, hard game play that isn't all just tight timings, smooth transitions and just the overall look of the layout makes it look so amazing and fun. Overall, This layout looks amazing, I really want to see this level fully decorated and published. Keep up the amazing work! GG :)
1. Thank you so much! It means so much to me that you, among several other people, have enjoyed the layout. I really put my heart and soul into this one
2. I do plan to make this into a full level, although I cannot promise anything because I plan to make the level as memorable as possible (which would require a lot of skilled art creators to get on board with the project)
3. I will try my best to keep up the work and have a few interesting, if not completely unique, layouts to build on, but lately I've been able to find less and less time to work on the game due to an annoyingly consistent stream of relatively complex exams I'm getting in school
You do realize that there are other factors than sync and making it look good.. Good Gameplay requires that your gameplay is sightreadable while still being fast and original, you can significantly increase the readable factor by putting arrows where you have to jump.. Balance is also important to make sure the layout doesn't have any difficulity spikes, and that leads to consistentcy... layouts that are non extremes have to be consistent
@@Ph4lip I do realize that there is a lack of balance in the layout but I will definitely fix that if I ever do plan to make it a full level.
As for sightreadability, I think there's enough in the layout already; If you were to pick this up knowing you're going to beat it, I'd say it's an easy layout to learn 90% of the time
@@OpticIlluzhion Understandable, lost of the layout is sightreadable but it's the ubsightreadable parts that I meant with balance, an example is the last dual, that's going to need practice no matter what. One thing I also forgot to mention was "off camera gameplay" it means that you shouln't keep jumps outside of the players view. Because if not it's going to be impossible to sightread. I've seen like one ship portal that you have to hold that's not visible because of the camera. 2:47
To fix that you could simply put a little text showing (HOLD) or somthing to fix that. Ofc arrows are good too. Check out my (Start Your Engines) layout on my Channel. It's a pretty good way of showing where you have to click by using arrows..
Either way your Layout is still amazing, defenetily above average. And I don't even have the patience to build a 6 minute long layout. Good job dude!

The sync was so satisfying, the duals were perfect and most of all, it's not an empty layout in any of the parts.

I love what you did with the compact type of level, I enjoy the ship and UFO gameplay, as you became very creative with it. Plus using the entire song and making it XXL. Over all, I think this deserves a 7* rate. Good job!

The timing of the jumps feels fluid, and it doesn’t look like you’re trying to fight your own reflexes, not to mention the fact that the timing and synchronization of the beat was spot on. Looking forward to the updated version 👍
