Is it live, or is it (checks notes) Kodak? (It's actually really cool that the luma information was largely conserved across generations - it was still fairly clear all the way up to 20th)
Analog TV uses interlacing, which allows it to make a CRT TV flash 50 to 60 times per second, and it happens to be able to show that many images in a second. I have a playlist on my channel of recording my 1992 Trinitron in 60fps.

The end fits so well with the crackling fire. Also around 2:20, you never know if it's audio loss or Seymour nervously stuttering, it's great.
I missed your VHS content, you were always a great inspiration to me! ^^
Same thing.
@@hsnsssss I swear I've seen you in so many recent VHS generation loss videos, lol
@@zodiahk Because I am in love with it!
@housiness. [nonaminess.] same honestly, I've actually made gen loss stuff before, just never uploaded it
@@zodiahk Cool. I’ve also done this type of experiment on my VHS channel named - *videocassetta.*
Amazing remaster dude! Glad to see another Steamed Hams video :)
LaserDisc rot would just be a bad RUclips Poop
I kinda want to see that now.
bad? it's good
i love how gen a finds artifacting scary when i find it absolutely hilarious
Nice comeback!
Don’t call it a comeback

This brings back memories of trading MST3K tapes.
You back again!
Don’t call it a comeback
This video could end at 0:26 and still be wholesome
This is not generation loss, it's close, but considering the fact that they kept crystal clear audio quality through the whole thing makes no sense
3:25 i never seen this thing
I think it’s time VHS made a comeback!
Well it NEVER WILL COME BACK AS IN REAL LIFE IT WASN'T RELIABLE ENOUGH
@@stephensnell5707 lol 😂😂😂😂😂
@stephensnell5707 what if the bluray, dvd and others besides vhs run out

“you steam a good ham”
*proceeds to break the fabric of reality*
One could say that the fire from the roast spread to the fabric of reality.
2:59 the vhs is set on fire
Glad it's remastered!

@@rodrigojogos. hi
20th sounds normal 2:53
They should downgrade the sound too
Do "Bill Nye the Science Guy Intro but it's on VHS and it suffers from Generation loss
0:00 LOGAN PAUL
when shall be the next time you come back? also we will get more generation loss videos?
This wasn't the full steamed hams. You cut off the end where the firetruck and siren are very briefly shown. What a waste.
Or the doorbell or fade from black 😂
@@doctordothraki4378 The firetruck ties the meme together. It's more than a scene transition.
Remake!
whats with the logan paul, is it a scrapped video?
Just a leftover from tests of recording onto VHS.
Which app, or HOW?
When would you release the betamax version
How did u record this in 60fps.
It’s digital editing, not real VHS

He look like Logan Paul
Hi there! You're back! How long have you been?😄
("Sorry for calling it a comeback"😕)
Lol Logan Paul is still not better 😂😂😂
He never was and youtube only enables him.
th?
Now you should remaster that BTS generation loss video.
Studios? 🤔🫰oh that’s right Disney owned fox few years ago.
