This is the KFC Coleslaw recipe you can make your own at home.
Coleslaw (from the Dutch term koolsla meaning 'cabbage salad'), also known as cole slaw, "New England Salad".
Or simply slaw, is a side dish consisting primarily of finely shredded raw cabbage with a salad dressing of mayonnaise.

➡️ Ingredients 材料 ：
Cabbage 240g （包菜 240克）
Carrot 1/2 pcs （胡萝卜 半条）
Onions 1/2 pcs （荷兰葱 半粒）
➡️ Seasoning 调味：
Mayonnaise 100g （美奶汁 100克）
Lemon juice 1 tbsp （柠檬水 1 汤匙）
Vinegar 1 tbsp （白醋 1 汤匙）
Sugar 2 tbsp （白糖 2 汤匙）
Salt 1/2 tsp （盐 1/2茶匙）
Condensed milk 2 tbsp （炼奶 2 汤匙）
Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp （胡椒粉 1/4茶匙）
Store in fridge for 3 hours.
