❤ yum!! I've been thinking about how to do the 1kg T bones I bought for Christmas and I reckon this would work just the same. What temperature was the oven Celsius for us Aussies??
200C Preheated oven, fan on(important) This has become my favorite method, the meat is insanely juicy like smoked, not oven roasted! I was thinking about doing T bones, just can`t find the big ones, all I can find are small, about 500gr. Just bear in mind, I think 3*10 minutes is too much for T bones, try 3*5 or 6 minutes, but there is a safe way doing it, stick a thermometer before the third time the meat goes in the oven and set it to the desired temp.
Do you have any "cold" Christmas ideas for us poor Aussies that have to cook in 35 degrees, or 95 F? We do prawns and salad, glazed ham because that doesn't take long in oven and things like pavlova and cream with mango, raspberry cherries etc. All cool meals. So was just wondering. We mostly bbq because it is STINKING hot.
Lucky you, it`s very cold up here 👀, but it`s ok, Christmas is coming and I even hope for some snow! Yeah, I`m the same, we spend the summer mostly in Greece and all we eat is seafood, salads and olives with the occasional BBQ, love it. 👌
WAY OVER THINKING IT!! a Californian would never cooked like this guys doing. Salt, pepper, garlic powder. On the grill with California costal red oak. That's it.
I get it, I thought myself too, that I ruined it at first! But, it was absolutely delicious, one of the best I`ve ever made, my kids ate half of it and they will not touch anything with weird or burnt taste! I don`t hide it, I wrote in the description, that I was distracted and burnt it a little with the first searing and it should had have less time, so anyone else should be more careful. I challenge anyone to make it and tell me it wasn`t one of the best roasts they ever made.
@@Delicious1I made it once and (the men in my family who are meat people) said it was delicious! I Bought some fresh meat yesterday and on my way to make it again today. 😋
This was an amazing roast! A must try!

This is an oven recipe, not everyone has access to grill at anytime!
All you did was burn all those spices. There’s no way that tasted good.
