I meditated on this video yesternight. I feel that running water is directly related to our body composition which is majority water. The running water sound activates the vessel of our body water and blood and makes rise our Prana energy, our life force from all parts of the body, from our feet to upwards and upwards in a regular flow towards our Sahastrar, the Crown Chakra. .....and any process or sound which takes us and helps us reside at our Crown Chakra gives a Divine and surely a soothing feel. Its a beauty that even in this age of senseless violence, so many and many of people around the world seek an experience of their soul. Thanks.

So calming. I played this while I was in the hospital once on a loud hall. It calmed the hall so well, the nurses came, and asked me to play it again. I was sick, with pneumonia, and helped me heal faster.
Taking time to clear your space and mind every day is crucial during this time of spiritual evolution. Two years free of those horrible things. Good for you! Antidepressants just mask the problem. You can truly change your mind with the power of thought, meditating and eating clean. I never believed it was possible. Message me if you need any tips or need to talk.

Wow ...my cat and I just love the 528hz Love frequency ...it relaxes me and my female cat just seems to " zen out" when I have these audioes on
I personally love this more than anything with a harsh piano tapping away on strings. I don't know why I feel that a piano has no place with meditation or healing work. It just doesn't feel good and it will never relax me like flutes an Om chanting.

Why we feel good by listen to sounds from the nature is because our brain is program from the evolution to survive. What did we need back in time when we live in caves because we still there in our evolution. Food and water to drink and we even feel good of the colors green and blue because it gives our brain a signal for possibilities to survive. Our strongest instinct is to survive and our brain always calculating of dangerous that comes up. We can even talk about that we are energies like everything in our creation we only vibrating in different hertz, quant physic and that is why we feel good with different sounds also but this take to long time to explain here but very amazing..
