now thats what I call good old country music,my god I loved all those beautiful country singers,I know most of them are past on but their music will never die,not with me they will never be forgotten,I was raised up listening to country music and and I love it with all my life ❤and I always will, may god bless each and everyone of you,may you all rest in peace amen 🙏🙏🙏❤️♥️💕
I got to go see the Opry in March 1958 . Only time I got to see it . Listened to it on WSM every time I got the chance. Best country music of all time. Don't care for what they call " country music" anymore. Alan Jackson is about the only country music singer who sings the music like it's supposed to be sung . Haven't bought any music since the Possum died. Haggard and Cash were great but there was only one George Jones - best country music singer of all time.
Marty was one of the nicest people I ever met. And he was hilarious. A really down to earth guy. Always missed but never forgotten. Rest easy, old friend.
So called Country Music Singers today should take notes 🎶🎶🎶 wooooooo pure Heart and Soul shine Marty shine wooooooo 🎶🎶🎶 wooooooo Johnny from Alabama 🎶🎶🎶
I really miss the talent and artistry of singers like Marty Robbins. Today's "music" is a mishmash of crap from the half naked "pop tarts" to rappers. Just awful.
These were filmed between 1953 and 1956. As June Carter was not wearing a wedding ring in this show, (and appeared to have a rather sad look in her eyes) I'd have to say that this was filmed sometime shortly after she and Carl Smith separated and/or divorced, which was sometime in 1956.
Why is the First Response of Americans to take legal action on each other. For crying out loud how many generations ago was this.? You're old, and you ain't going to be around that much longer, and the best thing you got to say is something like that instead of something like, gee that sure was some fine performing... Shake my head

Lucky duck!
🙏🤗🍺cheers
he seems to me like he was an amazing person
Jim Reeves, Hawkshaw Hawkins, Cowboy Copas and John Denver were all "Plane down to earth" guys too.😉
I’m 51 and saw him before he passed when I was 8 years old. He’s been my musical hero ever since. I wish I’d have had the chance to have met him.
We had the privilege of seeing marty perform along with the statler brother 's in Toledo, Ohio. In march before he passed away. Great show.
Very nice, God be with the Good old days.
I wish we still had shows that were this fun and this entertaining. This is quality!!

Love Marty, such a lovely singer and person. Miss him. 🐨😘🎸🎵🎶
Ruby Ann and El Paso are my favorite songs by Marty.
Nice ballad by June Carter. ❤
The way they tease each other... I can tell that they were good friends... maybe he didn't expect the bop on the nose. 😂
I have seen driving the race car, while he was qualifying at MIS in Michigan.
Great job and thanks to all 6:19
Love this 🤠
Joli Yodle..Marty Robbins avait la Classe 👍comment ne pas aimer June Carter elle était Craquante ...et amusante
This is great. Sure would like to know the dates these shows aired.
I love June Carter❤❤❤❤❤❤
She’s definitely copying the Kitty Wells style.
Nothing to love about an absolute idiot trying to show some class that doesn't exist.
Year?

Whoever wrote that song should be forced to share royalties with the Hank Williams Estate.
Obviously stolen from Hanks “Moanin the Blues.”

It was written by June Carter; highly doubt the Williams family would mind if June 'borrowed ' from Hank; she was Jr.'s godmother.
