This morning, I came across some Fiskars texture plates, which were tucked away with my craft stash and I couldn't work out how to use them effectively, but your tutorial has helped me so much. Thank you from Australia :)

Great! I just got the Big Shot and haven't even used yet. My friend will share. She's got cutle bug and spellbinder and now we have BIG SHOT. Nice to know we can use so many different dies,especially the fiscars plates. Thanx so much for your video and music. oilgirl2
Thank you for this video! I have a bout a dozen Fiskar plates but never really liked the way they needed to be embossed by a stylus or the rubbing hand-held wheely thingy (whatever it was called!!). This is great, now all I need is the silicone sheet. Cool!
@StamperBumper I just bought a Big shot, and i couldn't be happier! I have this exact Fiskars texture plate, and im dying to try out this technique! Gonna try find a silicone mat! I've decided on a big shot because it take a wider range of other brand dies :)
It's weird to think this video is over a decade old. What a lot has happened in the world and personally since 2010. Anyway, I've had a bunch of these plates for probably 10 years, since I began to play with paper, scissors and glue. I've never used a one. I didn't know how to use them. And I never thought of looking up their use on RUclips. So my current goal is to find them, drag them out and play with them. 20

Thank you, I have Fiskar's Texture plates long before I got my Big Kick, never thought to use them in the BK.

Are you using all 4 layers of silicone rubber in this? I just tried using one tan mat and it didn't work at all as it just slide right through. Thanks

The sandwich will be different depending on the thickness of card you use.....time to experiment
I tried that and my Fiskars texture plate cracked in several places!
