oh haru... this recipe reminded me of the apple cake my mum used to make me before I moved out ;; I tried to make it once but it tasted really weird... maybe if I follow this one it will turn out better, even if my baking is bad ^^ also, the flower reminded me of the fruit plate videos you used to make... and I got so happy when you mentioned earth science
Советую яйца отделить белки от желткоа. Жёлтки добавить как на видео, а белки взбить в отдельной посуде, пока не увеличится в 2 раза, а затем аккуратно добавлять в готовое тесто развешивают по часовой стрелке. Пирог получится более воздушный и нежный ❤

1. 사과 2개 (1개반만 깍둑썰기)
2. 실온 계란 2개
소금 조금
설탕 60g
->녹이기
3. 박력분 150g
베이킹파우더 6g
->2번에 넣기
4. 녹인버터 100g
->2번에 넣고 잘 섞기
5. 깍둑 썩기 한 사과
설탕 1.3큰술
계피가루 1/2 작은술
-> 반죽과 잘 섞기
6. 남은 사과 반쪽 슬라이스해서 예쁘게 올리기
7. 예열 후 180도 35분
추가로 170도 20분
