The Coal Mansion then the Astor’s Townhouse in NYC and though the interior isn’t original the architecture of the Woolworth Mansion in Pa is absolutely beautiful.
Boy do I miss the days of vibrant colors in the home. My husband and I are empty nesters and moved to a smaller home. We are redoing each room here in color (not like these shown) and our grown kids are trying to talk us out of it. We love it.
I helped build the California 80's Mansion, I got there at the end and helped tile the driveway. I also helped build the rotating dining table. The table sat on a rotating 24' Platform and rotated one time an hour, so that everyone got a view of the entire room.
Yowza - would hate to face some of that carpet and wallpaper with a hangover 😁. Favorite is the 80's Desert Mansion - I could get used to living in a "cottage" like that lol. Great video, love your channel (which is why I subscribed to it lol). Looking forward to the next one. 💖💖💖
Victoria park mansion just needs the flooring changed to a neutral colour or hard wood flooring throughout the ground floor and a nice beige or cream for the upper floors .
I loved the video but a believe there was an opps moment when a house was stated in be in Palm Springs Florida? The hills sure do look like Palms Springs, Ca. I don't even think there is a PS Florida. Will have to watch it again.
I can speak about most of the properties from the last 50 years or so through my own experience. The common denominator is lots of money without any sense of taste. So many of these are absolutely loaded with the worst of the trends of the period, and "trendy" decor NEVER ages well. They are a fun glimpse into a past time NOW, but many would have been considered tacky at the time that they were built. Wow.
Really cool home's, I think I'm more shocked by some of the selling prices. I live in a basic tracked home built in the 80s. Homes around me sell for a million +.
That 1960s mansion is in Lockport NY. very close to my house. is impossible to see from the street because is at a dead end and the driveway stretches a long way and is very twisty.
Some of the house were absolutely beautiful time capsules and some where a WhoooYah Vodka Shot daze lol !! Always Great Stuff Kyle ~ Keep Orange Crushing It!
The 1960's time capsule could be adapted if you mute the carpet and furniture colours and styles , the floors could be a dark hard wood throughout the home except the bedrooms for easy cleaning .
That color from the sixties and seventies that you call mustard was actually called harvest gold. Some of those houses would have been considered strange even when they were new. Trendy is one thing, but tacky is quite another. Perhaps a side effect of being nouveau riche?
The 50s house is extremely interesting because that started the time when every American was going to own his own house. Wonder how much this would cost these days. ..... a little later I sadly lost my vision because of bright colors.
Well, that's true. 😏 But there are literally large mounds of trash, like massive landfills, that were covered over with dirt and now grass grows on them.
Absolutely no building on east 35th in Murray Hill OVERLOOKS central park unless it's the empire st building....central park runs up from 59th street and west from 5th ave....just saying
“Palm Springs Florida”. With a mountain in the background. Yeah no. Bahahahahha. Great video. But the voice over is way too fast and the details are clearly very wrong.
Uuummm...that last house did NOT have "Shag" carpet, it's called cut pile/plush. If you think THAT is "shag" carpet, then you don't know what it was at all. Shag carpet was often VERY long pile, like from 2 to 2-1/2 inches long twisted strands, to a shorter, more fuzzy-looking 1" to 1-1/4 inch long pile. That green carpet looks like 1980's-1990's PLUSH. I'm no fashionista, but I LOVE carpet, and I know those styles innately.
Interesting video. But the editing is terrible, especially when it is all just still shots with a voice over. You need to time the pictures with what you are talking about.

Which home is your favorite?!
1930's Coal Mansion ❤
At the same time, they're all beautiful
Carson Mansion
You have said it right...all these homes are fascinating! I can't choose one! ❤❤❤ 😊
The Coal Mansion then the Astor’s Townhouse in NYC and though the interior isn’t original the architecture of the Woolworth Mansion in Pa is absolutely beautiful.

I love a good 60s/70s mansion- the patterns, the bold prints; I love it!
I helped build the California 80's Mansion, I got there at the end and helped tile the driveway. I also helped build the rotating dining table. The table sat on a rotating 24' Platform and rotated one time an hour, so that everyone got a view of the entire room.
WOW! Impressive!
That’s AWESOME!
These are amazing homes! But all I can think of is how hard they would be to clean.
Mostly hideous

The descriptions you give to each of the homes is quick but in-depth and clear
The swinging 60s home is amazing I've been inside it here in palm springs California
The McNally estate you could live with ,the style is unique and each room has a theme .
I wish vids like this showed staff accommodations, too. The more elaborate the family rooms, I can't help but wonder how the servants fared.
Woolworth Mansion is beautiful
❤
Some of that decor!!. . . Makes me wish I was blind!
I visited the Hearst Home 🏡 it is gorgeous, I would pick this one, thanks for the revisit since I saw it. I live in Indiana in the USA. ❤
"HOMES" should not have an apostrophe. 😊
You have certainly evolved in your presentation. Great job! Interesting homes! Thank you!
Victoria park mansion just needs the flooring changed to a neutral colour or hard wood flooring throughout the ground floor and a nice beige or cream for the upper floors .
Okay,. That was Crazy! I think I have a headache now!? Haha! Wow! That Neon Green living room,. Seriously? Haha! Man,. Just unbelievable! Great Video!
There’s no way you can overlook Central Park from 35 street, said park begins on 57th street. Facts
The McNally Estate reminds me the „day of the tantacle“ house - even the grandfathers clock is there
I loved the video but a believe there was an opps moment when a house was stated in be in Palm Springs Florida? The hills sure do look like Palms Springs, Ca. I don't even think there is a PS Florida. Will have to watch it again.

This is just so much fun! Loved a peek into these cool homes.
I hope the new owners of these places kept the awesome time capsule interiors.
In these homes just change the deep vibrant colours with a muted colour tone that suits the wall colours and it's liveable .
Fantastic! Always love your videos, man.
Thanks so much 🎉 glad you enjoy them 😊
The age appropriate name for "mustard" is "harvest gold".
Louis estate is GORGEOUS
Thank You for this awesome video.
Crazy. To each there own.
That 1960s mansion is in Lockport NY. very close to my house. is impossible to see from the street because is at a dead end and the driveway stretches a long way and is very twisty.
Cool texas home, pink car
Some of the house were absolutely beautiful time capsules and some where a WhoooYah Vodka Shot daze lol !! Always Great Stuff Kyle ~ Keep Orange Crushing It!
The 1960's time capsule could be adapted if you mute the carpet and furniture colours and styles , the floors could be a dark hard wood throughout the home except the bedrooms for easy cleaning .
The swinging 60's mansion with the emerald green living room and pink master is located in Palm Springs CA not FL
I move onto last one, change whole inside, 70' are over, wood floors, 10 car garage needed, need updating...
Im n love with all of them !!!
How do you find these, crazy properties? Is it people sending you info or are there searches you do in some applications?
hi Kyle nice home, s sorry so late had to go to a funeral hope you be safe out there 🙏🙏🙏 hope to see more videos ❤️ you guys
Cool video Kyle
Amazing! TY!
That was the BEST video,
That color from the sixties and seventies that you call mustard was actually called harvest gold. Some of those houses would have been considered strange
even when they were new. Trendy is one thing, but tacky is quite another. Perhaps a side effect of being nouveau riche?
More videos like this! More!😊
Not enough pictures!☹️
1930's coal Mansion looks like a normal house and the inside seems so comfortable .
This would be awesome to have
Ohio 80's time warp ,in the bedroom the raised area where the bed is could be turned into a walk in wardrobe as it already has a wall of mirrors .
Sir do you have any houses in East Tennessee?
There's no apostrophe in 'Homes' :-)
Presenter is talking way too quickly! Slow things down showing the pictures and description so we can take it all in.
He mispronounces words. East 35th Street in NYC would not overlook Central Park.
You could reduce playback speed. At .75 it's OK but he sounds a little lethargic.
@@geniferteal4178. . . Thank you for this feedback. 👍
I watch at 1.25!
@@stj971
It is probably a robo voice. Way too many mispronounced words.
Really enjoy these real-estate videos. Great job on the narrative too Kyle.
The 50s house is extremely interesting because that started the time when every American was going to own his own house. Wonder how much this would cost these days.
..... a little later I sadly lost my vision because of bright colors.
Wow.....😍
great video
Why are all the window views fake?
Also, awesome. Thanks for making this.
Favorite is hearst
Pretty
8:34 How do you access the kitchen..?
Homes is not possessive - therefore no apostrophe
At one point he said his guests resend instead of descend the stairs
The home at 17:35 is not in Florida. It's in California. Florida does NOT have mountains.
There are s few trash mountains. Really.
@@kathleenstoin671 Fair point. The governor's mansion is one.
Well, that's true. 😏 But there are literally large mounds of trash, like massive landfills, that were covered over with dirt and now grass grows on them.
@@kathleenstoin671 Mt. Dora doesn't count.

Love the house, inside no
WOW what money won’t buy Yikes!!
Yuke
Yamaha grizzly
You definitely do not know what 60’s Swag carpet is. If it’s smooth, and what you called Shag, it’s not Shag. Shag is how it sounds. It’s longer.
How do you say Dazzling & Era? hehe
❤❤❤❤
Wow. My opinion of 70's style in decorating hasn't changed since I lived it. Yuk.
The 80's Desert Mansion was designed by Barbie .
...AND apostrophes stuck where they don't belong 😂
A great deal of interesting material is presented---but the narrator races through the sentences, not even leaving a split second between them.
Your Thumbnail picture should be "Home's" it should be "Homes" with no apostrophe.
Was the thumbnail even in this video? 🤔
Why do I do this to myself? My eyes are bleeding...
Can u make another video with stromedy and order dark web potions love your videos and with jake Dufner too and dk money ❤❤
This hurts my eyes.
I love the 50s and 60s homes! Today's mcmansions are so BORING!!!
Please fix the erroneous comma on your thumbnail.
Were the 1970 that ugly? I love color but was everyone humping a crayola box?
Yep!
Some truly appalling interiors here.
Learn when and when NOT to use apostrophes!!!!!
Great video except for the excessive use of the phrase, "jaw-dropping."
“Palm Springs Florida”. With a mountain in the background. Yeah no. Bahahahahha. Great video. But the voice over is way too fast and the details are clearly very wrong.
These house arent old

At least get the leading title correct - Homes not Home's
