I’ll stick with my r2 it’s cheaper holds 260 for 189.99 over 230 for 249.99 lol honestly it’s a no brainer dye has been out longer honestly it’s up to the buyer what they want I’m just saying my opinion They both can do 10.2 bps any day but r2 is more bang for you buck ! Dye all day over here
i just got the tfx 3 lets see how i like it. i has a r2 it was a nice feeder but I love my spire ir2. the r2 is hella bulky for me. I almost didn't buy the tfx 3 because it looks bulky too but after seeing it in person i want to give it a try. i was just going to buy another spire but after all the add ons for the spire i would spend the same amount of money. i do like the styling of the tfx 3.
Yea if I’m gonna spend 250$ on a hopper I’d still rather have a spire or a ctrl, I personally rock the r2 bc dye fan boy and I like having 260 off break

Tfx 3 is crap. I bought 1 last week tried it on the field and all I can say the speed feed is crap. The blue spinning blades are useless. The ramp sux paint balls 😖 my spire ir is way better and cheaper
Two things . Why didn't you put batteries in it? , hand time to put the extension together on a second hopper, what happens when you break paint and the eyes get covered in paint does it still feed . Piss poor review
I think they both look like absolute shit but that’s my two cents. I’ll take the bk ctrl or spire 3 before either of theses giant targets ever go on top of my marker
R2 all day. Slide button to expand out in the field during play even, don't have to take apart. Plus larger capacity closed .

That manual feed is a life saver when the batteries die. That alone might have me sold of the dye.
Tips for playing on a humid day? The inside of my hopper was so oily. Even staged my gear indoors.
bad paint is causing that. either broke a ball in there or the paint itself is oily

Tfx is the best for the budget come with a speed feed/ extender ring/ rechargeable battery
