I think i would have preferred if James did both contests and gyms tbh i have always hated this stigma that you have to be one or the other it would be nice to see an actual main character do both

Jessie being humbled is pretty satisfying. I wonder if the trio will achieve all eight gym badges and reach the Grand Festival near the end of this what-if series?
I kind of expected James to do that after what he did in the Hoenn at times and it makes sense given his flamboyant demeanor. Though I kind of thought that wouldn’t happen till like Hart-home city And yeah Jesse had that coming with her attitude. Gardena seemed like a more mature version of her in the anime. One that loved a certain type of Pokémon but also knew when to get serious. And Mewoth is certainly doing his job being able to sneak into places. Though I wonder how far their head start will take them
It’s neat to think that James and Gardenia became psudo friends in canon, or at least they trusted each other enough for Gardenia to raise cacnea. I’m curious how they’ll interact in this time line
Can you ever make a what-if where Ash’s Pokémon actually evolved?
I expected James to do both gyms and contest here. Yeah it was set up in Honenn but considering he made it to the first 6 vs 6 in the Hoenn league shows he has the potential still. That way his true rival would be Nando. Someone who’s also do both. But oh well
Looks like the Team Rocket Trio in this series will get full attention like Brock did in "What if he challenged the Galar League?" I hope Misty gets this after.
This was a great episode. I thought jessies gym battle was not the best, she needed to come back down to reality. And i think meowth walked in on team galactic.
For Jesse it went about as well as you'd think.

You gotta keep in mind that Ronin has other jobs outside of RUclips. If I recall, in one of his videos, he works as a waiter in a restaurant in Las Vegas. So it's likely there isn't much free time.

They can if the challenger isn't following the rules, breaking the laws that can get the attention of police, and being rude like Ash was in his gym battle with Elesa. Even if on accident.
@@UnwantedGhost1-anz25 The rude thing with Erika was rendered moot since her gym attendants committed crimes by physically assaulting Ash and tying him up to that tree.
Tf happened to the second e in Jessie? It's gone in both the thumbnail and title.
Now that I'm looking back on the other parts, the e has been missing in all the thumbnails & has only been in the title of the first part.

I think their placements made sense considering both had a lot of problems dealing with team plasma in the league. If that story got a sequel then I can see Paul or ash winning in Kalos

@@rjfrost7090 the ages would have to changed say Jessie is the same age as Ash or vice vercer not as they are currently plus Ash never looks any older so do we even know how old he is lol
