In this first in a series of downloads for ConceptArt.Org, Chinese trained artist ZhangLu paints a stellar series of female portraits as Jason Manley provides the English narration. Multiple portraits are built up simultaneously on the screen as Jason discusses topics ranging from art history, basic approach, mood, and expression. Anyone interested in developing a solid and efficient approach to portraiture will glean much from a close study of this video.
