This is to me even more spectacular than the opening of Act III. The off stage horns coming from the 2nd balcony from both left and right direction, combined with the absolutely stunning stage effect,, it was such a treat to attend the live performance 🎉 Bravo to Met!

This is the most thrilling piece in this opera. Its feels like a entire army waking up to the calls to battle and then charging the enemy. Which of course the scene where this is heard the king Heinrich is calling his armies to assemble. Forget the Bridal Chorus or Elsa's Procession To The Cathedral. This is absolutely exciting.

What a pity, I was expecting the men choir’s high C! Good work though

    I guess intonation isn't a thing anymore.

^ Let's see you do it, let your intonation best that of one of the world's best orchestras if not THE best orchestra. Let's see you win an audition into that orchestra. Hint: it's called a rehearsal for a reason. It is practicing, they all get better. I am sure whoever's responsible for whatever poor intonation you're complaining about is aware of it and is trying to fix it.

Much too quick and not as "pronounced" as written by Wagner...... Sotty.
