I have small fingers (they are normal), Dev. I find it difficult to play the extra pinky note on the d string. And that is my issue with any song. I am not able to utilize my pinky too far. Any suggestions for that? I also feel that my pinky is weak. How do I build that?

Best to learn some scales. Make sure your thumb position on your left hand is correct
