So hear me out, after watching Something in the Rain, a man 5 years younger than me came to my life and everything I felt in this drama I felt with him. The fear of what his friends and family will think was the strongest. But he assured me that wouldn't be an issue at all. Three years later, we're still together and listening to him plan his future with me everywhere in it makes me fall in love with him more every day. Of course, I made him watch this drama and he loved it just as much as I did.
This couple has unbeatable chemistry! The plot is wonderful, the dialogues are excellent. Audiences who love this drama want more. When will we have a second season?
I am 3 years late in this train ride for ye jin and hae in as i have only finished SITR yesterday, and i watched cloy last year...so right now i feel like cheating on hyun bin because the chemistry between these two downright threw my cloy heart off the bridge 😢😢 oh god these pretty creatures you shine so bright! hae in's smile was enough to make a bad day just right. it would be long before i detach from this drama, touched me to the core with its utmost rawness, realism and the leads' mutual admiration. the OST was bomb by the way. i hope hae in finds the perfect woman for him if not syj huhu lots of love for this drama 💓❤💘💜
😅😅😅 I feel like cheating on Hyun Bin too, I'm inlove with these two, don't know why it took till now to watch this drama but I'm on episode 12. And I swear I've never smiled so much in my life, their chemistry is just 🔥🔥🔥 Plus it's my first Hae In drama, only ever saw him in Goblin, but I don't wanna watch something else of his coz I don't wanna change the image of him with Son Yejin in my head yet.
I would have to give this drama a 4/10 review purely because of the ending. It was a 9/10 for me throughout Eps 1-16 until the final ending. The drama was mostly depressing throughout and i actually enjoyed it tremendously as it mirrored and showcased the context of what would happened in actual real life. But that ending totally spoiled it all for me, it immensely felt like the director wanted the show to end on a happy note just for the sake of it. I would have much preferred the show to end with both SYJ & JHI carrying on the rest of their lives alone or possibly with their new found soulmates. Just my 2 cents, not sure if anybody else agrees with me.

This drama is top tier. The amazing incredibly natural realistic acting, the dialogue, cinematography, soundtrack, just everything. The emotions I got watching this were so strong I could physically feel it my chest, admiring their relationship, getting mad at the characters and all that. Can't help but want my own Seo Jun Hui/Jung Hae In 🙈
It would have been disappointing if this kind of scene didn't happen cause this ain't kid stuff. Thank god for the director who truly understands it and actors who play the part correctly. There's trouble coming soon as expected with their set up. I love the pace of this drama. 😍

at first I couldn't watch this drama. Jin ah's mom reminds me so much of my mom. she keeps nagging me to get married and compare me with her friend's daughters that are already married. I'm 30 and have a great job and living a good life. can't she just be happy for me? 😪 when jin ah found her happiness i feel happy for her too. I can totally relate to her.

SYJ & JHI's chemistry and this drama is really unbeatable...I just finished watching One Spring Night. Same director but I cannot see the magic & spark between the 2 lead characters of the story. Not like in this drama. SYJ brought the best in JHI performance.

Okay, this is a pretty realistic storyline when it comes to man and woman starting a relationship. I mean, most Korean dramas I've seen, especially on the main channels, bed scene is nowhere to be seen and the main characters barely kiss until the end or until they're married kinda thing. In reality, this is what happens if they know they are in a serious relationship even if they don't know they will get married. I know there are couples who don't do s*x until after they get married, but that is just 2%, maybe 3% of all the couples around the world. Am I wrong? So, I hope they keep this realistic storyline until the end and not focus too much on the opposition of their parents and sister. Another thing I hate about Korean drama is that the main characters are so weak, they give in to their parents will or any other obstacles in the name of "protecting the other", so unrealistic.
I agree with you on your first point, but I'd like to point out that familial piety/ family pressure is a cultural thing. For people growing up in this kind of culture (eg. me), the story is not "unrealistic". It is our reality, growing up and being taught to respect (sometimes unreasonably) the elders, putting family first, and upholding honor. Not saying that it is good tho
May be you need to check the ratings first before watching a drama.This drama is rated 16+ on Netflix and some Korean dramas are rated 13+ those are mostly for family audience and obviously they have to be careful about putting raunchy scenes and too much kissing because kids can watch it too.I do agree with you that this drama is much more realistic compared to other K-dramas where the main actor is a CEO/Director and no one can do him harm.The romance and kissing scenes also look very forced and cringy in those dramas.While in this one no one was heroic and even the main actors showed weakness and conflict.This has become one of my favorite dramas.
Hmmm there are a lot of shocking korean movies to. And the leading actors are the famous one. But as what they said they just played their role. I was a bit shocked because i had a notion before, that all Korean movies or dramas are pure, as what i have used to watched.That’s why it is always good to see if its a KBS 15, that’s the time i understood what is KBS 15 or TVN 15. It happened i just click the movie because the actor is famous like JO in-sung. Anyway, every person has it’s own point of view about adult movie.

there's a secret love affair (from the same director of SITR), and world of the married( it's definitely not the same vibe but it is thrilling and a emotional rollercoaster and it has female lead of secret love affair) and because this is my first life (it has some kind of SITR vibe but more its own vibe and it's very good underrated drama) and my mister (but it does not have the love angle as conventional it is more like pure one sided love but has calm vibes) and maybe temperature of love (Similar age gap relationship between the two main leads and a slow burn but fast start romance). I hope you see my recommendations haha
There is also “ Encounter “ a noona romance with Park Bo Gum. That’s my top pick, for me it even beats SITR, also very good is “I hear your Voice “ with Lee Jon Suk. Another good one, not your average noona K drama is Hyena.

Okay, this is a pretty realistic storyline when it comes to man and woman starting a relationship. I mean, most Korean dramas I've seen, especially on the main channels, bed scene is nowhere to be seen and the main characters barely kiss until the end or until they're married kinda thing. In reality, this is what happens if they know they are in a serious relationship even if they don't know they will get married. I know there are couples who don't do s*x until after they get married, but that is just 2%, maybe 3% of all the couples around the world. Am I wrong? So, I hope they keep this realistic storyline until the end and not focus too much on the opposition of their parents and sister. Another thing I hate about Korean drama is that the main characters are so weak, they give in to their parents will or any other obstacles in the name of "protecting the other", so unrealistic.
I agree with you on your first point, but I'd like to point out that familial piety/ family pressure is a cultural thing. For people growing up in this kind of culture (eg. me), the story is not "unrealistic".
It is our reality, growing up and being taught to respect (sometimes unreasonably) the elders, putting family first, and upholding honor. Not saying that it is good tho
May be you need to check the ratings first before watching a drama.This drama is rated 16+ on Netflix and some Korean dramas are rated 13+ those are mostly for family audience and obviously they have to be careful about putting raunchy scenes and too much kissing because kids can watch it too.I do agree with you that this drama is much more realistic compared to other K-dramas where the main actor is a CEO/Director and no one can do him harm.The romance and kissing scenes also look very forced and cringy in those dramas.While in this one no one was heroic and even the main actors showed weakness and conflict.This has become one of my favorite dramas.
Hmmm there are a lot of shocking korean movies to. And the leading actors are the famous one. But as what they said they just played their role. I was a bit shocked because i had a notion before, that all Korean movies or dramas are pure, as what i have used to watched.That’s why it is always good to see if its a KBS 15, that’s the time i understood what is KBS 15 or TVN 15. It happened i just click the movie because the actor is famous like JO in-sung. Anyway, every person has it’s own point of view about adult movie.

there's a secret love affair (from the same director of SITR), and world of the married( it's definitely not the same vibe but it is thrilling and a emotional rollercoaster and it has female lead of secret love affair) and because this is my first life (it has some kind of SITR vibe but more its own vibe and it's very good underrated drama) and my mister (but it does not have the love angle as conventional it is more like pure one sided love but has calm vibes) and maybe temperature of love (Similar age gap relationship between the two main leads and a slow burn but fast start romance). I hope you see my recommendations haha

There is also “ Encounter “ a noona romance with Park Bo Gum. That’s my top pick, for me it even beats SITR, also very good is “I hear your Voice “ with Lee Jon Suk. Another good one, not your average noona K drama is Hyena.
