Thanks. Ballarat too close to peaking, we stopped investing a year ago there. Melton data doesn’t look too promising, too reliant on the infrastructure bump which is likely absorbed by oversupply

Interest in places like Warragul and Drouin have experienced a median price rise recently. I can only assume because it’s considered rural, yet still close enough to commute each day into the city.
i just bought a home in truganina near schools 22ks to cbd 3 rooms 1 livingroom 2 toilets double garage land is rectangle 17 meter front land 490 square meters. House at 138 square meters. i paid 630k with needing small jobs like a good paint etc. I have have seen prices go up really fast there. Do you think i paid to much? Or average house is 13 years old.
We would be moving to melbourn in the next two years. Would be looking for a safe suburb with good facilities as we have two kids under 2. Please suggest some great options around 800k. A suburb with less crimes

Anzac day stature and ceremony hold in Berwick village central every year. With two major hospitals Casey and st John of god locate in Berwick, prestige schools such as st Margaret, st Michael's primary, Berwick lodge primary, nossal high, haileybury and chisholm, federal university... Rare place never fall.
