I was undecided about exactly those two models for days and today I looked for comparison videos. None of the other videos really helped me. But yours did. Your review is very good because you take the time to discuss the physical aspects of the headsets like material, cable, confort, etc. as well as listening experience and, of course, speaking experience. Based on this review I made my choice and ordered my headset righ away. Thank you for taking the time to do this and share it with us.
Thank you for your feedback Alfredo :) glad this video was able to help you. If you have any suggestions for other videos you'd like to see, let us know and we'll add it to the list.
im not happy..again yet another video without person being in noisy environment, taking few seconds to type on the keyboard. then the music plays, which is the least likely scenario ever to happen, surprisingly there's loud music unfiltered - i don't get it.. second headphones, exactly same impression.. finally there's no comparison vs an open mic (like the one on the laptop).. so i've got absolutely no idea how it works.
Hey there! love the comparison! I have a $50 dollar budget and strongly considering the Blackwire 3320 for conference calls, and teaching classes online.... this will be my first headset. I don't know if you'd recommend something better in this price category.... I had also considered the C5220 but it's a big more expensive but only by 20 bucks.... would love to hear your thoughts or recommendations
Hi Alejandro, in this price range options that we'd recommend will be limited. The Blackwire 3320 would be one option, and the headset here would be another model we'd recommend close to the $50 budget! ruclips.net/video/I2tJ5rZIoII/видео.html

Looking for troubleshoot, both mute and active call buttons on headset are turned on at same time. Have tried un plugging & plugging cable on different USB ports and restarting computer. Have tried update like advised on other video but same problem, is this a bad headset? Wires are not damaged and attempt use on more than 1 computer. Thank you for any feedback
I bought an advanced model from Jabra and I keep hearing my speech in my head, so I still use the Poly Blackwire 3220 model. I want to buy the Poly Blackwire 3320 model, it has this problem of hearing my voice in my ears when I speak or Does it have the same style as the Poly Blackwire 3220?
Thanks for the video David, this video helped me decide. Now I got myself the Poly 3320 for less than $50 in my country. Its a solid entry level headset. Looking forward for more reviews and comparison!!!
Doesn't sound like the noise cancelling is working. I watched a video of Jabra headset I think where there's a blender beside the guy and you can barely hear the blender.
Hi as i know this blackwire come with standard or combined Microsoft Team certicfied version. What is the difference and which is best? I notice 3220 has AUX cable and 3320 does not. Please advice
I recently bought the same model but the noise reduction feature doesn't seem to be working. There was like a hissing sound coming from the wind and I could hear the vehicles passing by. What should I do to active its noise reduction feature? Thank you.
They are plenty loud for just about any work application to hear the caller great. Unless you are in an extremely loud environment then you would probably want something with more noise cancellation like this headset ruclips.net/video/FwDD6rOdTuU/видео.html
Hi John, that's a hard one to answer. Flip a coin and take your pick lol. Both are very comparable in regards to sound quality, comfort and design. Which one are you leaning towards?
Hi Matthew, yes both will work. You just need to determine if your MacBook has USB-A or USB-C ports. At this link there's both variants for you to choose from. headsetadvisor.com/products/3320?_pos=2&_sid=2aaeb83f2&_ss=r
This isn't a video we plan to do because they're identical headsets. The main difference is this. 1. The C3225 covers has two speakers and can connect via 3.5mm or USB 2. The C3210 connects via USB only and is worn only as one speaker. Everything else is the same.
I had the black wire 3320 they start hurting after the end of shift like approx 5 or 6 hours even when you go to lunch it hurts your ears I don't recommend it I bought a cheaper one, and it works great the only thing I miss is the Mic noise-cancelling please recommend one similar, but that does not hurt!
Not that we're aware of but you may want to consider a headset like this ruclips.net/video/I2tJ5rZIoII/видео.html or like this ruclips.net/video/UiEXurXBCMY/видео.html
Thanks, David. I almost order Jabra Evolve 40, but this convinces me to get the Plantronics 3320 as a backup to the Jabra Evolve 20 which I am currently using.
@@Kaitochan18 I use the Plantronics almost all the time now because it is so much more comfortable than the Jabra Evolve. The Jabra Evolve is also decent and less expensive that the Plantronics but its foam ear covers mean they cannot be cleaned as well as the faux leather ear covers of Plantronics which is definitely more expensive.

This is actually a pretty good review. Well done! You helped me with my decision ;)
Glad we could help. Thanks for watching :)
I already ordered the 3220 and I after the noise cancellation feature, thanks for confirming that I made the correct choice!
Glad we could help :)
So 3220 is better than 3320 for noice cancelation feature?
Wow. Really appreciate it. The 3220 was able to eliminate the noise better but the 3320 sounded better. Thank you very much!
Thanks for your feedback, Roman! Glad this was able to help you.
thanks David for the review, and thanks Jeff for switching those mic inputs. very well presented review, great info!
Thanks for your support Draven!
All the best to your channel. You guys are doing a sincere job reviewing headsets
Thank you so much, Ravi 😀 if you have any future video ideas, we're all ears.
Excellent review. I was shopping for a headset for working from home and now I have a "go to" channel for reviews.
Hi Ian, thank you for your support and feedback!
Hi David, we just recently happen to buy 3220, is there button to activate noise cancellation or it just work that way..??

Hi Hermely, you're welcome :)
Thanks for watching!
Which of these 2 headsets allows you to hear yourself when talking?
Neither headset has the sidetone feature built into the mic because when wearing the dual speakers, you can still hear your voice at a normal level.
Doesn't sound like the noise cancelling is working. I watched a video of Jabra headset I think where there's a blender beside the guy and you can barely hear the blender.
Hmm 🤷♂️ neep.com will solve the problem for any headset
Hey David, which has a better noise cancelling feature for mic between Jabra Evolve 20 and Plantronics Blackwire C3220?
Hi Ramon, both are very similar so it would be to hard to choose which is best.
@@HeadsetAdvisor appreciate you David☺️
Hi as i know this blackwire come with standard or combined Microsoft Team certicfied version. What is the difference and which is best? I notice 3220 has AUX cable and 3320 does not. Please advice
Hi Alexis, the Microsoft Teams and UC version are identical. If you don't strictly use Microsoft Teams, then the UC version would be the way to go.
Thank you for the detailed comparison. For this and your other videos. It really helped us decide on work headsets
. Greeting from Argentina!
Glad this helped you, Gaston!
I need to know how to do a sound check. I have not used this kind of headset.
I recently bought the same model but the noise reduction feature doesn't seem to be working. There was like a hissing sound coming from the wind and I could hear the vehicles passing by. What should I do to active its noise reduction feature? Thank you.
Hi Angelo, that doesn't sound normal and could be a defective headset. The mic noise cancellation is built in so there's no way to turn it on or off.
@@HeadsetAdvisor uhm are there certain laptops/computers or maybe windows version these headsets are compatible with? Or do they simply work with any?
hi. i just want to ask if the orange wire can be replaced?
Hi Aira, I don’t believe so unfortunately.
@@HeadsetAdvisor thank you for your response😌
Is Plantronics C3220 same as Plantronics Blackwire 3220?
Yes

what would you recommend for virtual meetings with noice cancellation? what about model 3325?
The best headset we've tested for virtual meetings on the computer is the D722U here ruclips.net/video/FwDD6rOdTuU/видео.html
Very good review, thanks
Thanks Miguel!
Jabra evolve 40 vs plantronics c3220, which one should I go for?

Do these two headsets work on MacBook Air?

How about keyboard noise? I'm a developer using a non-clicky mechanical keyboard.
It may still pick up some of the keyboard noise but it will certainly help avoid the keyboard noise being heard on the call.
Could you compare c3225 vs poly blackwire c3210

@@HeadsetAdvisor thank you. That answers my question.
is there an easy way to toggle between headset and speakers without having to unplug and plug in each time?
Yes through your computer audio settings is the easiest way just change the default device between the headset/speakers.

Is it just me or the 3220 sounds low even in max volume? I just upgraded to 3220 but it sounds low compared to other models I have.
How about plosives?

I think the reason 3320 feels lighter maybe because of cushion feel on your fingers. The 3220 has no cushion.
