What a great value!!! The kitchen is fine. All these "updated" kitchens with grey or black and white granite, S.S. appliances and white cabinets make me want to scream!! 😮 give me and color! Looking back at them from the future, they look so dated!! 😅 I would go totally retro with this kitchen!
Thanks for responding! I agree, some people would rather like to have a lower priced home, than to have to purchase a home more expensively just to have a more- updated look. Not updating it was a choice to give buyers options. Thanks again for responding!
Amenity fees are $195 per month. This includes access to executive golf courses, swimming pools, all recreation centers (and activities) as well as maintaining all the common areas. Additional land fees may be for a bond for newer homes- that helps pay for all the infrastructure. Let me know if you have any more questions!
