Someone like Charlemagne however, is fairly universal accross Europe.

This is really similar with the big HRE to my megacampaign(just finishing up EU4 right now) where I did Prussia county(duchy?) into united baltics Prussia Kingdom into Prussian Empire of a lot of Western Russia and northern Ukraine. But the HRE collapsed and then reformed with France collapsing in the face of English invasion. With the conversion to EU4, the entirety of western Europe was HRE, with a giant Bohemia forming the border to me in the East(I stayed Reformed Vidilist).
Yeah and you’ll see why, mega campaigns aren’t meant for MP with the expansion of 11 players on the map. Game is basically done in EU4 the way we play.

@@Aldrahill yep, when we hit vicky2 we had to reset a lot of colonial stuff in Africa and Asia. Otherwise the world would be consumed by EU4. Still had dumb wars in Vicky, but Europe was done at the start.

@fredrikkirderf2907 after a quick look in the hitman wiki, I can say that two of 47's "fathers" were European, specifically from Germany and Austria.
