6:45 Seems a lot of cities and towns, neglect their city roads. What do these towns city councils do all week?! Why don't resident complain about their roads? Some of those buildings should at the very least be resurface with new pain or fix any frontal damages. It's like the city Roma, and others don't care for where they live.
