Need? Depends on what type of performance you are expecting. If you want it to be how he shows above, then you can check what portrays he has in the description. P0 should be enough if you are not going for SSS or SS (this is what I hear from CN.)

You don't need all the portrays that are used in the video to get an SSS. It's only for if you want to get the absolute highest damage possible. Using P5s, he got an SSS in the 13th round out of 30. With P0s, it's going to be a lot harder to clear, but it is still possible to achieve an SSS with decent teams. For this team, the main damage loss would be going without 37's portrays, as it makes her follow-up attack strategy less viable. You gain her 5 eureka more slowly and the resulting attack is less powerful. But don't worry about going for her portrays if you aren't a whale. Lilya, New Babel, and Jiu (in 1.6) perform lots of follow-up attacks that generate eureka for 37, making them decent "supports" for her as Himejoshi mentioned. 6's portrays mainly makes him deal ridiculous amounts of damage with his ult, turning him into a crazy sub-dps, but doesn't affect his main role as a support as a buffer/debuffer. At best it makes him slightly better at cleansing.

P0 strong enough but if going for smooth SSS raid run then yeah p2 is almost a must
