Playing with another person at the same time is so hard, me and my piano teacher do it sometimes when I’m learning a new piece, he plays left and I play right or the other way around. But it teaches you good timing.

I love Mozart's Requiem and I love piano transcriptions. This one, by C Czerny, looks perfect to me. Brilliant performance also! Thank you, so much, for sharing it.
Well, permit a profane comment: that Dies Irae has some incredible power which really get close to some "burns" of the Beethoven sonatas (like moonlight sonata third movement). Apparently Mozart was not so far from catching Beethoven sonatas :D ? Stunning transcription and performance! Thanks for sharing!

Fantastic! There are some details here that you don't hear in the recordings of original. You must record this on a CD! This is a completely different experience to listen to it via a nice stereo system than on Utube ( and if you happen to play it on a piano from Czerny's time even better...it is not impossible but might be a bit of a challenge...)

I have been listening to your performance of this devine piece for months now. I see that you are finally getting noticed :) It takes extensive preparation and emotion to connect with the grandiosity of these notes! Still after about three years when I discovered your version, there is no any other piano performance, solo or dual, of Mozart's Requiem available at youtube that comes even close to your amazing and beautiful interpretation. Lots of Dies Irae versions available at youtube with fast speed but missing so important nyansens and details. I have listened your version hundred times and it still gives me goosebumbs and I have come to like this Czerny transcription maybe even more than original score. Extremely well spend 45 minutes. :)

Wow. I just stumbled upon this recording. While the piano solo transcription does not do justice to this piece the four-hand version is really something. It still lacks the whole dynamic range of the full orchestra and choir obviously but apart from that it's a great rendition of the original composition. Also - great performance.I always wondered how much practice it takes to be able to keep in tempo and not lose rhythm with the other person.

I love Mozart's Requiem and I love piano transcriptions. This one, by C Czerny, looks perfect to me. Brilliant performance also! Thank you, so much, for sharing it.
Well, permit a profane comment: that Dies Irae has some incredible power which really get close to some "burns" of the Beethoven sonatas (like moonlight sonata third movement). Apparently Mozart was not so far from catching Beethoven sonatas :D ? Stunning transcription and performance! Thanks for sharing!

Fantastic! There are some details here that you don't hear in the recordings of original. You must record this on a CD! This is a completely different experience to listen to it via a nice stereo system than on Utube ( and if you happen to play it on a piano from Czerny's time even better...it is not impossible but might be a bit of a challenge...)

Absolutely beautifully performed. Mozarts Requiem ist probably my favorite classical piece ever and this captures it perfectly for piano.
I have been listening to your performance of this devine piece for months now. I see that you are finally getting noticed :) It takes extensive preparation and emotion to connect with the grandiosity of these notes! Nice job particularly on Kyrie Elesion, Confutatis, and Domine Jesu Christe. And most fugal sections for that matter. You guys have inspired me to arrange the whole thing for organ :)

Still after about three years when I discovered your version, there is no any other piano performance, solo or dual, of Mozart's Requiem available at youtube that comes even close to your amazing and beautiful interpretation. Lots of Dies Irae versions available at youtube with fast speed but missing so important nyansens and details. I have listened your version hundred times and it still gives me goosebumbs and I have come to like this Czerny transcription maybe even more than original score. Extremely well spend 45 minutes. :)

Did czerny make an arrangement of this requiem also for 1 piano solo? I seen a rare sheet music manuscript where this is also. Wondering if anyone has seen one aswell.
I don’t think Czerny did but Liszt made a beautiful arrangement of Confutatis Maledictis and Lacrimosa for solo piano

Wow. I just stumbled upon this recording. While the piano solo transcription does not do justice to this piece the four-hand version is really something. It still lacks the whole dynamic range of the full orchestra and choir obviously but apart from that it's a great rendition of the original composition. Also - great performance.I always wondered how much practice it takes to be able to keep in tempo and not lose rhythm with the other person.
The B-natural at 0:45 should be a B-Flat, small mistake by Czerny
