A lot of the "dream fights" between franchises end up being against the villains that seek to wrench control from one another, but I feel like Frank West vs. Spider-Man is one of the more clever worked-in "rivalries".
How interesting would it be if Frank West and Spider-Man were competing to see who's the better photographer by taking pictures of zombies? I think it would be make for some good banter between the two.
They are. Frank even says "Ill show that Parker kid who's the better photographer." He would of done zombies but Spider man would be bit just like in Marvel zombies
I wonder what it would be like if Frank replaced Eddie Brock. Would Frank join with the symbiote? If he became Venom, would he use his powers to enhance his weapons, or create ones with the symbiote? Would he continue his rivalry with Peter Parker, or possibly try to expose him for taking pictures of himself for the Bugle?

I really was looking forward he commented something about the zombie characters in this game, since they are so different than the ones in DR (Wesker being a kinda like a zombie mutant, Nemesis being a Zombie BOW and Tsien-ko as a zombie from chinese folklore)
The funny thing is, during and after this game, both Frank and Credo (from DMC4) have the same Japanese and English VA Combo (Rikiya Koyama + T.J. Rotolo).
well the reason they did was beacause the mew game takes place 10-16 yrs after the third one so they not only wanted frank to look old but sound old too
Frank West has 2 different intros in Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3 (where he previously had 2 different intros like Tatsunoko VS Capcom) -Camera intro: Female fighters (+ Amaterasu; Of these female fighters in this game, Felicia also having her own specific conversation when she facing off against him, making her the only character to have a specific conversation when Frank West using his specific Camera intro.) and 3 male characters being Spider-Man (who is also a photographer just like him), Hulk, and Deadpool. -Zombie intro: Non-specific characters (Captain America, Wolverine, M.O.D.O.K., Zero, and Hawkeye having their own specific conversations when each of them facing off against him.) and Nova (making him the only character when Frank West faces a character with using his specific Zombie intro.).
I can't imagine if Frank West and Ran Hibiki from Rival Schools collaborate with each other. If those two meet, I would be laughing my ass. 🤣 Ran Hibiki: Hey, buddy! One thing that hate about the rerelease is that some of the sound effects/cues are either missing or glitched. Frank West is no exception for his camera shots (intro and attack), plunger attack sound effects are for some reason "replaced" by zombie snarls. Meanwhile, Spencer is missing some machine sound effects for his bionic arm (it's especially noticeable in his intro animation) and Phoenix Wright's Intro sometimes plays the evidence collect cue or the Slam sound that plays in his Level 3 when he's given the folders to Maya.
