A very big day for you, I live in a city and that day would have wrecked me(I don’t do lots of noise very well), and I’m not used to the amount of peacefulness you have worked hard to find, so I can only imagine how difficult that may be.

So I’m just touching on the fact that u said u get headaches. Also I’ve watched u for a long time so I know ur vegetarian or vegan. Both of those diets are very high in carbs.
I recently switched to a very low carb diet and it has cured every ailment I had. Auto immune stuff… my hormones, mood, headaches… my liver… zero inflammation!!!!
not to mention the weight loss ( which is the least of it!)
My husband and I feel AMAZING and will never go back to eating carbs.
I encourage everyone to try it for two weeks or a month… you will thank me 😊

When we travel in our Van, I enjoy camping and then I enjoy going into town to shop, run errands, and eating out... Variety rules.

I live in a city and always get stressed doing chores. I totally get the overstimulation aspect. The mountains are my place to decompress. Frank is so cute in this video. He is looking really good these days for an old man and totally deserves all the treats ☮️💕
Girl I love your videos I’m 72 camper all my life and total loner also. I just want you to be prepared honey when you’re in the backwoods. The animals are so unpredictable please think about keeping a fire arm with you for both you and Franks sake. Bear attracts are not that uncommon. If a bear is intent bear spray won’t discourage. You’re so good at what you do I’m blown away at you’re courage. But worry ❤️🙏🏻

I also have that peak design capture clip and tripod I don't think you will be disappointed the capture clip is amazing when hiking you never miss a shot and I have never been concerned the camera might come out it holds it very well. Enjoy the kit.

I love how you show and share with us parts of of your life, just like any of us, we all have to do errands, and chores. I have ADHD so I understand how overstimulating it can be to be in a social setting, I work in a hospital so by the end of the day I enjoy my solitude. Watching you live off grid has been enlightening for me; I moved to Seattle last year, was lonely and coping with the weather so I started watching videos about the Van life, also because my ideology is leftist, so I kind of wanted to protest about the poor state of the country and go out and live in a van. Enough about me, sorry. I am in awe when I see how you film nature and ponder, contemplate on life's subtle details and yet so rich; what it means to live beyond our conditioning social identities and status, and I love how you see and fit Frank into the whole story, narrative of your content creating. The fact that you have Frank, and he definitely has one of the most revealing and fascinating personalities, is a major plus in your content; I mean, you could write a book of all of your experiences together.
So good to see you get important things get done during your incursion into town, taking care of yourself and Frank, and looking forward to your next video. :)
I know you chose the right life. Your description of your chores match those of a busy mom every day. Plus she has to probably goes back and forth to a school and watch the children all day. So keep in mind that your contribution to all of us is perfect for you and Frank.

I have a quick tip for you, possibly. I use to use a lot of "Coban" or vet wrap for people and animals. They are basically one in the same. So I tend to get the vet wrap for all usage as it is significantly cheaper and usually comes in cool colors. 😃. I pick them up at the feed stores instead of vet offices again because of cost factors. Maybe things are different in Canada, but I thought it would be worth the share. Take care and safe travels.

It’s helpful to see the “Trip to town for supplies” side of van life. As for laundry….for me, that is the hardest chore, so I always plan on doing that first thing in the morning, cause there’s nothing more miserable than slogging thru laundry (especially bedding!) late in the evening when you’re tired from the day and all you want to do is collapse onto the bed - but you can’t, because you still have to MAKE the bed! In your case, it certainly didn’t help that there was a cranky guy parked right next to you - sorry that happened to you!
