7:40 - I just don't get why they had Oath of Enma playing in Kuze's last fight rather than this one. The song just screams "I'm fighting through grief", making it a MUCH better fit here.
Ummm, can somebody explain me a story bit here,I'm a little confused about the situation. So Dojima wants Makoto's agreement for the deal and even willing to give her shit tons of money,Makoto refused...so,why did they shoot her? Did Dojima decide to abandon the whole deal? Or did he know another way how to get what he wants without Makoto,if so,why did he even trouble himself with capturing her in the first place?
Dojima didn't refuse the deal, but Makoto was going to refuse to hand the land to him if he doesn't serve her the heads of the three lieutenants on a platter. So, since Dojima doesn't even consider her offer, he tells her that as long as the land owner doesn't interfere and take it to court, they can have the land to theirselves, and in order to make sure the land owner, Makoto, doesn't interfere, Dojima orders that she gets shot by Lao Gui. Unknown to Dojima, Shibusawa gave an order to Lao Gui to shoot Makoto in a location that doesn't kill her, but I digress, this is irrelevant.
Yeah, pretty much how i think it is,but i still don't understand why Dojima even tried to do it "legally" and didn't just ask Lao Gui to kill her long before their meeting.I mean why bother to offer her money when you can kill her and still proceed with with a plan.Dojima is a strange guy...or maybe he just have too much money)))
Because throughout the entire game, they spend all that time looking for her to even be able to obtain the rights to that land, because as long as she is out there, she can legally sue them if they took her land without her permission. But this time she came to them herself to offer Dojima the land in exchange for the heads of the three lieutenants, at first he listened to her because he thought her conditions were perhaps reasonable, like money, but the heads of his three lieutenants was out of the question.
Well let's be fair here, Yoneda's head on a platter would have been much more effective in persuading her since he was the one who actually killed her brother.
