I have a very bad feeling about this sadly :( Looking at it, it kinda moves like Flatout3 which is scary, Flatout2 engine was gr8! And would still have worked today with some minor tweaking, hoping for the best, but fear this will end up VERY bad. Just pay attention to the physics.
Томас Непотребко Why does it look competent? The graphics look terrible, you can't really see much since there are only really fast scenes. And after Flatout 3 there is really no reason to be hyped for this one. I am negatively biased for a good reason and hey if this game turns out to be good, it's even better for me because I'd be positively surprised.
Because there is no overblurred graphics and colors are not eye-hurting toxic shit like it was in FO3. Also seems like there are enough destructible objects on tracks and cars don't behave like irons. I don't say FO4 is good, I say it's competent and not entirely broken gameplay wise. And it is way better than FO3 which was very very bad.
The game is shit, but it will be playable. Because at least it isn't yet another boring driving simulator. Haven't been a single fun racing game in a long time
I loved the first couple flatouts for the upgradable, customizable junkyard racing. The physics were great and the racing was fun and competitive. Vans and trucks aren't a welcome addition for me here, and I never got into the "fling the driver out the car" mode. Gimmicky demolition derby stuff isn't my thing either. It looks good & fun, but I'm not as excited as I wish I was for this game. I really wish Bugbear had licensed the engine to us years ago to do the post apocalyptic vehicle combat territory control game we approached them about. Forza Horizon's open world, Flatout's fun physics and vehicle damage, and customizable weaponry and armor that affects vehicle performance. Would be so good. Someone find me a $2mm investment to get it built!
Eric Boosman I feel like we already had enough Post-apocalyptic Demo Derby games. And with a 2 million dollar budget? I can see why Bugbear didnt budge.
It was years ago I approached them now, and budget never entered the conversation. They just didn't want to be a middleware supplier. $2mm would just get something started in the modern dev world, not a total budget. Gotta start somewhere, though! And yeah, a post apocalyptic demo derby would be lame. There's never been a proper open world vehicle combat game with realistic physics and customizable vehicles. Or even good vehicle combat with realistic physics. Check this list: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_vehicular_combat_games. The closest thing are the Car Wars offshoots like Darkwind, and those are turn based. Vehicle combat games always seem to end up basically deathmatch shooters with floating powerups and instant 180 degree turns with magical physics, Twisted Metal being an obvious example. The newish Gas Guzzlers gets closer, but is still more a racing game with weapons, with plenty of fictional stuff. Realistic physics, customizable weapon & armor loadouts that affect physics, an open world to explore and control a piece of. That's the dream. Like Mechwarrior or Rust, but with cars. Awesome.
Makes me wanna play Flatout 2 again.
what is the name of the song?
JACK REMIX Them Evils - She got nothin'
thank you
The game looks epic. I just want to see raw gameplay footage this game was my childhood.
The lack of racing game with split screen in this generation of consoles is total insanity!!!
"Bigben Interactive" not "Bugbear Entertainment" :(
Hm hm what do we have here? Ohh! A game about car destruction without car destruction, so awesome!
So cool !
WHY THE DOWNVOTES PEOPLE

The PC version is coming out in April, but for some reason they didn't mention it here.
WTF 'PeasantStation4 and Potatobox One' HAHAHAHA.
Now they fixed the description, but that is what it used to say.
Consoles can have this one
flatout 4 (3)
Графика в лучшем случае 2008 года. Даже Burnout Paradise 2009 года выпуска красивее.
Музыку завезли, мозги не завезли.
biore w ciemno *.*
Что за NONAME в коментах?
BeamNG the best!!!
F2 looks better and more interesting
It's gonna be as shitty as Flatout 3.
janek1697 Why?
Oh cmon, at least Flatout 4 looks competent. It's not even near the shitiness Flatout 3 was.

Довольно неплохая игра. А что выходит на хвох то и на пк можно запустить. )
Дерьмицо, ничего нового не увидел, старые лучше.
