Going with a group from Alabama US for our Catholic pilgrimage in February. We will be there for the Venice Festival as well. I appreciate this video. Thank you
VERY informative video ladies, thank you so much for sharing your expertise & knowledge. So good to know that what you are advising, is coming from true locals. 🤩🤩
We go to Italy and Roma twice a year. And I can confirm the prices will be insanely high. We stayed in same places in May/June and again in Oct/Nov and $100 per night increase! Expect to pay big dollars people
We visit Rome twice every year also. 34 times now. We are like residents. You have not lived till you’ve seen AS Roma play at the stadio olimpico !!!! Go under Santa Maria in via lata. House of Paul. On the corso.
@@LocalAromas we live the history ,food, AS Roma , SS Lazio, we have friends there and I’m looking into possibly buying an apartment . The historical center is far too expensive but testaccio or just outside the walls the prices are better . Also the San Gregoriano VII behind St. Peter’s is very responsible etc. keep in touch please. We may return in Febbraio then Maggio. Then the sutumn
Our airfare is booked for the spring: arriving at Roma, and leaving by train for a week at Napoli (first visit there). After Napoli, we are to stop for a week at Ravello, exploring Amalfi Coast, where my paternal grandparents are from. And then return to Roma for 10 days, making our fourth stay in the Eternal City. We have our hotels booked at all three locations. And I am researching things to do and re-do 🙂. I look to your RUclips videos for help. grazie!
@@juliathomas6256 : Next spring will be our fourth visit to Rome, and second in the spring. The first & second visits were at Christmas/New Year’s. Rome is my favorite city in the world. And our hotel is next to my favorite building in the world, the Pantheon. We will be visiting off-the-beaten-path sights, as well as some old chestnuts 🙂 .
Cool video ladies , I had no idea of the Jubilee year. We will be in Rome at the start of September 2025 but only for about 5 hours as we will be cruising the Mediterranean and coming from the port city. Looking forward to seeing your future videos. Grazie 😊
Am happy with this...here in our small Country Malawi from a small choir we have already composed a Pilgrims of Hope song in our vernacular language as well as we copied the official Jubilee 2025 song and we sung it very well. We are soon going to shoot the video before 24th December 2024 to be put on our small Television here when our Holy Father Pope Francis will be opening the Holy Door. I hope to accompany our Alleluya Band next Year when visiting Rome for the Jubilee.
What a great video - thank you! Not catholic but researching for an Italy trip next year & stumbled on this. This was refreshing & I’m excited to see Rome in all it’s 2025 glory🩵
I wish I could come back, but, at least I made 1 pilgrimage, in 2007. My family have since left the church, and I'm mainly in bed, praying Rosaries for their return.
Hello ladies. How are you? Just subscribed!! I have a question: We are planning to visit Rome due to the Jubilee. Are those holy doors close to each other? Is 7 days enough to visit all of them?
Ciao!! 😊 7 days is plenty! Though they are not walking distance close to each other, they are all in Rome. You could either do 1 a day or even 2 a day.
Thank you for sharing us about the half of medallions were not there as God told me that the former pope were sinning to God.There will be no salvation for these people.Pray that God gives us light and salvation and may we have His blessing forever.
@@LocalAromasUnemployment is increasing day by day in Pakistan. Please help me and my family. We want to move to Italy so that we can be safe in a Christian country. Please help me. If you can do it, please send us a message.
Well, that's the end of that planned holiday. Now I'll probably never return to Italy. I'm not good with crowds and 2025 was the window of opportunity that I'd planned to avoid the crowds....well, as much as you can. We'd been there before the pandemic.
Where in Italy do you want to travel? The Jubilee events only take place in Rome. And as a Roman living in Rome, I can’t really tell the difference with pilgrims coming as they go to the holy sisters. It’s a shame to skip Italy if it’s now or never.
i am your fan from Taiwan
Good to see your video before my trip to Rome next year of Jubilee
Thanx for the sharing.
